*Michael's Point of View*
"So, Calum and I have a bet to propose." Ashton says, as we sat down in the cafeteria.
"And that is?" I ask, taking a bite of my pizza.
"You know that gay boy, Luke Hemmings?" Calum asks.
I almost choke on my food and reply, "I don't want to regurgitate my lunch. What about him?" Luke Hemmings is probably the most revolting person I have ever met.
"We will give you money, fifty each, if in the span of a month," Ashton starts.
"You get him to say yes to dating you." Calum finishes.
I stare at them wide-eyed and ask, "Why would I do that?" My stomach hurts from nausea.
They laughs and Calum responds, "To embarrass him. You get him to say yes on tape, then we're going to play it to the whole school. You're going to call him 'gay boy' if he does say yes. It will be so hilarious!"
I can't help but smile, this could be fun. "Fifty each?" I ask.
"Yep! If you lose then you have to give us fifty each." Ashton replies.
"That bet is easy, you should pay up right now." I laugh.
I know this sounds cruel, but he deserves it. He could be gay, not that I give a shit. My issue with him is his disgusting face and just everything about him.
"You have to wait a week before you ask him out." Calum tells me.
I nod my head, and say, "Guys, I'm going to sit with gay boy. Calum and Ashton here will fill you in as to why." I pick up my lunch and leave the table. I go over to the empty table where Luke was sitting. I am going to have to suck up my pride and be around him for more than a minute. I sit down in the empty chair next to him, and he looks at me, obviously shocked. I just smile, eager to win this bet.
