Early on after gaining immortality, Bright was an absolute bastard.
But over the years, after changing from body to body and going through the same experience multiple times and becoming a nihilist he started to become a really good person.

Also, through all those years I feel like he figured out a lot about himself (Such as him being pangender) and has helped himself and many others become more open about the pain they've received due to the foundation.
Bright is still obviously has some bastard energy, but certainly not so much that he's a bad person.
