Since I haven't done our fave bastard™, I thought it would be a good time to give him a chance!
I headcanon that Clef is Scottish on his father's side and Sámi (specifically eastern, Finnish) on his mother's side

The Sámi people are an indigenous people originating from northern Norway, Sweden, Finland, and the Kola Peninsula (Also referred to as the Sápmi) They speak around 11 well recognized, distinct languages depending on region. Traditionally, the Sámi have pursued a variety of livelihoods, including coastal fishing, fur trapping, and sheep herding. Their best-known means of livelihood is semi-nomadic reindeer herding.

I like to think that Clef is very close to his cultures because his parents raised him and his brother to respect an honor them.
I can see him being pretty fluent in Scottish Gaelic and either Skolt or Inari (Haven't decided which). I can also see him owning some traditional clothes, like a kilt, gákti, and definitely a reindeer hide hat for the colder months, and doing a lot of other culturally specific things.
I don't exactly know if I would write Meri (SCP-166) to be aware of and connected to this stuff because of her situation but I can say that Clef would try to connect her, especially to his Sámi culture. He would definitely teach any kids he adopts/ has on his own though, he would want to pass on his parent's legacy.
I think that, as a child, his parents took him and his brother to where they were born and introduced him to family and such but he hasn't visited any of those places since they died when he was a kid despite wanting to go back.
Nevertheless, I see him keeping up his cultural connections as much as he can, no matter how weird he looks to others, not only for his parents but for himself too.
