Update!!!

Hey guys, I haven't posted, or even written here in a few months. I've long since passed my promised re-opening time and y'all deserve an apology and explanation.

First of all, since lockdown started I've been in a real writing rut. I haven't had any motivation to write and it sucks ass. Probably because I'm going through a mild depression due to the isolation and lack of any clear schedule set by normal school.

Secondly, I've started college! I'm taking 5 classes and they've been taking up most of my waking hours, so I have a lot less time to even do anything I actually like.

Third, I've begun therapy. It's not mental therapy or anything (My parent's would never allow it) but physical therapy for my eyes. I don't know the name of the exact condition I have but for a while now, the 'focusing mechanism' for my eyes has been broken, making my vision unable to be helped by glasses. So far, I'm taking a few hours every Wednesday to the therapy office and taking a few minutes daily for 'homework'. I'm actually liking my therapy, and I feel like it's helping, even if only a little.

Finally, my fixation on SCP has faded quite a bit and shifted to L4D2. Now, this doesn't mean I've quit liking the stuff or that I'll stop writing for it, just that, for now, my motivation to continue in the fandom has waned.

None of this means I'm quitting writing, only that I'm having a lot of trouble with it. I'm only just starting to get back sparks of motivation and even those are few and far between.

I will not open requests for a while, probably no earlier than January. I need to give myself time to finish the stuff that's already been requested. I care deeply about the quality of my work and would hate to put out something crappy.

I'm going through a lot and I want to give back all that you've given me but right now, I'm busy fighting my brain and my life. I hope you all understand.
