Chapter 24

I woke up the next morning to find a note laying were The Doctor should be. I stretched as I turned over to the other side to read the note with my not-so-awake eyes.

I squinted as I read the note. It read: I'm so so sorry.

This note seemed odd to me. I looked closer to find that this wasn't The Doctor's handwriting. The Doctor had a more manlier cursive, but this person had a more girlie cursive. Alarmed, I leaped out of bed, got my blue v-neck (to match my hair), dark jeans and grey vans on and ran to the console room.

"Ireland?" I screamed out. "Delilah? Emma? April? Anyone??" I looked around the console room.I was alone. Even worse, I was scared and alone.

"My dear Dakota," I jumped as I turned around to find a hologram of The Doctor. A tear streaked down my cheek at the sight of his hands tied behind his back and cuts and scrapes all over his face.

"Doctor," I whispered.

"I don't have much time so I have to make things brief." I rubbed away a tear from my eyes. "Your friends and I were taken from the Tardis and were taken here, a jail made to hold me and my companions. A jail much like the on Earth a long time ago." just hearing that little sentence wanted me to break and show my weakness, but I decide to stay strong. All the sudden a thought appeared in my emotion filled brain.

"How am I going to get to you guys!" I called out. "I don't know how to fly the Tardis.

"Don't worry, Cody," The Doctor said right on cue. "Flying the Tardis is easy. "

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!" I heard a dalek call out in the background. "EXPLAIN! EXPLAIN!"

"Just believe! I love-" before he could finish a human that looked like a pig whipped him hard in his shirtless back.

"No!" I dropped to my knees as I held out my hand with tears streamed down my cheeks in oceans. Before I knew it, he was gone, most likely not to be seen again. "I'm coming for you Doctor!"

I got up and slowly walked to the console.

"Okay girl," I traced my fingers along the buttons and levers. "I know I can do this, but I don't know how," after I finished my last word, everything started to move. The buttons pushed themselves and levers pulled themselves. All the sudden I heard the sound of the Tardis landing. I smiled in joy.

"I'm coming Doctor," I whispered to myself.
