Maiko's pov

I waited in front of the boys' dorm building, with my bag, sipping on a orange juice I bought from the convenience store.

"Good morning, Maiko-chan!" I heard Eita behind me with Wakatoshi next to him. As we were walking, I took out the orange juice I bought for the both of them.

"I bought these for you two," I handed them, "I have more snacks inside!"

"Wow, that's so sweet of you! Thank you so much!" Eita smiled brightly and I smiled back.

"Thank you Maiko," Wakatoshi said in his usual monotonous voice.

"You could use a little more emotion you know, Wakatoshi. Maybe a smile?" This boy looked so confused for 10 whole seconds and his face went from

I just looked at Eita and we both started to laugh.

"Oh god, Wakatoshi! You're too funny!" I laughed.

"But I was smiling, wasnt I?" I could tell he aas actually confused.

"Oh you're so cute," I hit his arm.

What did I just say

....

"Wait," I straightened my back ,"that's it?" My eyebrows were furrowed and jaw almost hitting the floor. Wakatoshi nodded his head.

"SERIOUSLY?!" Eita joined me. He nodded again. Eita turned to me, I looked at him, "WHAT?!" we both yelled at the same time.

"Adachi sensei teaches you, right?" I asked. He nodded again. I sighed deeply staring at the notes in front of me. They were detailed with examples given on the side.

"Oh I know why," Eita leaned back on his chair, "Every teacher adores Ushijima so much, they're really biased towards him. His classmates really get an advantage huh?"

"Oh yeah, I never thought of that," I mumbled.

"You can take ny notes if you want and give them back after you're done copying them." He held his notebook in front of me.

"What about me?" Eita asked.

"Write it on your own," Wakatoshi answered with a straight face. I chocked on air and laughed.

"You have a very nice taste, I see," I giggled and took his notebook, "I'll give you my notes by tomorrow, Eita, don't worry," I patted Eita's shoulder.

My phone began to ring. It was Chiyoko.

"Hey, you do remember that we're out of cleaning supplies right?"

"Oh...right. I'm done studying anyways I'll go and get them right now. Is there anything else we need?"

"RAMEN! AND TEA!"

"Okay okay, I will get them." I got up from my chair and started to gather my things.

"Where are you going, Maiko-chan?" Eita asked.

"Oh just to the store. I need a few things for my dorm. I'll be going."

"Wait, I'll come with you. You might need help." He too got up and packed his bag.

"I'm okay, Eita-"

"No, I am coming that is final. Ushijima?"

"I need to complete a few things. You two go."

"Okay. It was fun studying with you! We should study often. I swear Chiyoko rarely let's me study," I laughed. Wakatoshi smiled (°___°) and said, "Sure. Also we'll practice at 7 today, if you dont mind."

"Oh right! Yeah, I'm fine with that. I'll see you then!" He waved at us and went back to his work.

As Eita and I were shopping I realised I needed way much more than I initially planned.

"See, I told you." He smirked at me as we were carrying two really heavy bags .

"Yeah yeah, I get it," I said as we reached the girls' dorm.

"Oh no missy, get it won't do," he teased. I rolled my eyes and said, "thank you,"

"Hmm nope. Not satisfied yet." He crossed his arms, tapping his foot.

"Thank you Eita-san! Now are you happy?"

He stepped closer.

A little too close

And pulled my cheek

"Yeah," he whispered.  He started to walk away, "I'll see you at practice. Oh by the way," he stopped. "What are you and Wakatoshi upto?"

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"Why practice at 7? We have practice at 4 right?"

"Oh just extra practice, he wants to teach me his spike."

Eita's eyes widened, "Ushijima-kun?"

"Umm last time I checked his name is Ushijima Wakatoshi so..."

"No, he rarely teaches us anything. Especially his spikes. He will give us tips here there but never take extra time to teach  some one."

"Oh...um... Lucky me? I will be going. Thanks for coming with me! " I dragged both bags inside
