Boris was sad, and lonely man, but his wife, Zhanna was even more lonely. As the years passed, even shadow of Boris, forgot how to be happy. He was a sinful man, who knew that he didn't deserve to be in his position, he knew that he wasn't loved or respected by people, and it was only a matter of the time when they will raise against him and cast him out from Gora Nevskaya.
He was jealous of his sister, who was worshipped as if she was one of the goddess, he was jealous even of his dead brother, who gained his eternal glory by dying in a battle.
Boris didn't have children, he tried, with his first, and then his second wife, and now, he was married again, to the young woman named Zhanna, hopping that she will be able to give him an heir, because he refused to admit to himself that he had a problem.
Zhanna was a good, but naïve woman, whose heart was big enough to embrace everyone in the world. That woman would simply love everyone, no matter what. She was a childless mother, who longed to be the most important human being in someone's life.
She was a skinny, fragile woman, with a long brown hair, and a big green eyes, by looking at her, nobody would assume that she also is a warrior, but she was a woman of Gora Nevskaya, and an axe was her favorite weapon.
Mira and Vadim, the old and broken King and Queen of Gora Nevskaya, died peacefully, only an year after Zorya left.
"Мокош, благослови меня, позволь мне быть матерью." Her prayers were strong enough to melt the heart of every man, but still not enough for the gods, or at least, that is what she thought, until the ship with the flag of Walnia showed up unexpectedly one day, with the twins, who came, without parents.
"It is a ship from Walnia, but I don't think that they are coming to fight us, it is only one ship, and there is a flag that signalizes that they are coming in peace. But still we shall be prepared if it's differently." Boris said to his people who were excited, expecting to see Queen Zorya there.
Soon the ship was on the shore, awaited by the large group of people, leaded by the King Boris and his wife, Queen Zhanna. Everyone were silent, expecting to see the Queen walking out from the ship, but that didn't happen. Avram was the first to walk out, he was considered to be a friend of Gora Nevskaya because he traveled there often.
"My friends, we are coming in peace, and we are bringing you many gifts from King Darius and Queen Zorya, as well as their regards from Walnia." Avram said.
"Greetings Avram, my friend, you are welcome here, but I must ask, why isn't the Queen here?" Boris asked rather coldly.
"The King and The Queen weren't able to come, even though they desired to visit Gora Nevskaya, but unfortunately, they had to remain in Walnia and defend it from the new threat. I assume you heard the word about mighty Gengis-Khan and his army. He came to Walnia, and the war is about to begin." Avram said.
