I stood between the wall and Damon. My breath heavy and my heart beating so loud, I was sure he could hear.
"I want to kiss you Clara" he said and suddenly the world stopped. I realized what I was doing, what he was doing. I should have known Damon would have tempted me to get me in bed with him, only to piss Stefan off. And here I was falling into his trap.
"Damon, what's wrong with you?! I'm with Stefan! You can't kiss me!" I said and I pushed him away from me. It seems he snapped out of the moment too as he realized what he had just tried to do.
"Why the hell did you turn Vicky? My brother likes her! She could hurt Jeremy!" I said angrily thinking about how affected Jeremy was from all of this.
"She won't, I'll make sure she doesn't" he said and with the blink of an eye he was gone. I turned to the table and found him sitting next to Caroline. I fixed myself quickly and walked over to the table and took my seat next to Stefan, because he was my boyfriend.
"So um Stefan and I have some things to do, we should get going..." I said grabbing Stefan's hand and walking out of the grill.
"They're dating" Stefan said as he did quotations marks with his hand.
"Yeah I know, he has Caroline compelled and he's been using her as a blood bag..." I said.
"Hey uh, what happened when you were in the bathroom?" Stefan asked and I suddenly looked down. He was already mad at his brother, he didn't need more reason to be. Besides, for some strange reason, I didn't want him to know either.
"Nothing, he just went to check if I was ok since I was taking a long time" I said and smiled.
"Hm, so I should get home to prepare my required suit for the founders party tomorrow... I'll pick you up at six?" He said with a smile.
"Can't wait..." I said and kissed him before walking home. Once I arrived, I found Jenna in the kitchen.
"Hey Jenna"
"Hey kiddo, I'm so excited for the founders party tomorrow. Remember that old boyfriend I told you about ? Logan Fell? Well he's back in town and he's taking me tomorrow as his date!" She said excitedly. Jenna was like an immature teenager, I partially blame Jeremy, Elena and I for that. She was barely in her twenties and didn't get to enjoy that part of her youth when she had to take us in.
"That's great Jenna! But didn't you say you two dated and broke up because he only wanted you to sleep around with...?" I said trying to make it sound a tad bit better.
