Chapter 1:Different World

~A/N- Melissa (AKA Monika) is 15 and the others are 14 just FYI. Play this song while you read. A bit of cussing in this chapter and one very pissed Melissa.~

~A random adviser's POV~

I walked towards the mistress's room to see if she was ok since Melissa didn't come to breakfast. I knocked on her door.

"Your majesty?" I asked and opened the door to find a note on the bed.

I read it and my eyes went wide. 'This is the 20th time this happened.' I thought. I looked through the entire castle and couldn't find the 15-year old High Chieftess.

"Where could that little brat be?" I said.

~Melissa's POV~

"Woohoo!" I shouted as I flew between huts and ice buildings. Wait... did I mention I was racing Essix? I dodged flying seagulls as I flew down the beach and landed in the sand when Essix landed next to me.

"I won," I said to the gyrfalcon and she shrieked madly.

"Oh come on. It was a fair race." I replied like I knew bird language. My sister ran towards me.

"That was a good race sis. Good job." My 14-year old sister said. Rollan stomped over to us and Worthy followed.

"You got your wings! That's not fair!" Rollan growled at me and I rolled my eyes.

"You're the one with the flying bond token aren't you?" I countered. Rollan was about to say something else but he kept his mouth shut.

Conor, Abeke, Rollan, Meilin, and Worthy were staying in Arctica for a bit. Abeke and Conor came over to see what was going on. Before I was about to yell that I won I saw a red hole with black spots.

"Mel?" Worthy said and looked in my direction. The hole started sucking all of us in.

"What in the name of Erdas is going on with today??" I yelled before getting sucked into the portal.

~2 hours later~

I woke up to see myself in a room and looked at my arms to see tubes and a bag of liquid. I sat up at took a good look at my surroundings. There were a few cabinets and a back thing showing something about heroes or something like that. I managed to take the tubes off and bend the liquid out of the bag to heal my wounds and bruises. A nurse came into my room to check on me I guess.

"You're awake! Can you tell me your name?" The nurse said in a weird language.

"What?" I asked and she looked at me in confusion.

"Do you speak English?" The nurse said.

"What's English?" I asked.

"I see you don't." The nurse said and handed me a piece of paper and a pencil.

I looked around to find my sister and she wasn't in the room. I took the paper and pencil and wrote my name and where was my sister. I gave her back the paper.

"Melissa. You're in a hospital in Paris, France. I don't who sister is." The nurse said. I kinda understood the language this person was saying so I tried to talk in it.

"My sister is Meilin Teng and also, am I in Eura?" I questioned.

"What's Eura?" The nurse asked me when I heard a loud crash and screaming. I ran to the window to see a random giant person and a guy and a girl wearing animal-themed outfits.
