43. Henry Danger Finale

Ciara's POV

I kind of had a tight schedule today. Kyla wanted to make plans with Susie and I, and then we had to head over to the studio for the series finale later. We would've brought Kyla with us, but her and Riele aren't seeing eye to eye yet.

Kyla's been a lot more upbeat than she usually is. I'm almost positive it's because of Justice, but I don't mind. If he's making her happy, then I couldn't be any happier for her.

She invited Suzy and I over to have a girls day today. I decided I'd pick Suzy up so that I could get extra driving practice in. I was planning on getting my license when I turn eighteen, which was about four months away.

It was good to know that Kyla was finally settling with someone. She and Justice haven't made it official yet, but any day now, it'll happen. I'm proud of her, she's no longer sleeping around.

When we got there, it looked like Kyla was at the entrance of her door talking to Justice. Suzy and I walked up to them as loud as we could, so they knew we were coming.

"Oh did we interrupt? I asked sarcastically.
"Yeah, sorry if we did" Suzy said sarcastically. "We definitely weren't trying to hear whatever it was that you guys were talking about."

Justice and Kyla both laughed. "I was getting ready to leave anyways" Justice said. "I just needed to ask Kyla something. A moment?"

"Sure thing" I said smiling. Suzy nodded her head in agreement and followed me to the side of the house as we waited for Justice and Kyla to finish talking.

About five minutes later, Kyla walked in over to us. "Guess who has a boyfriend?" she said as she pointed at herself.

"He asked you out?" I asked excitedly. "Kyla that's great! You're apart of the romantically unavailable club."

"Yeah" Kyla said laughing. "I'm taking a break from playing guys for once."

"You'll love being in a relationship" Suzy said. "It's such an amazing feeling to know that somebody loves and treasures you." I nodded in agreement.

"I can't wait" Kyla said with a smile. "Now, enough boy talk. Let's go do face masks!"

My parents came with me to the studio. I really wanted my dad to see at least one episode being shot, even if it was the final one.

I wasn't in the episode, but my dad really just wanted to see how the cuts were made and the episodes were filmed.

The final episode was going to be Henry getting rid of his superpowers, because he wants to live a normal life. The original main cast was in it, I wasn't because my character was Henry's girlfriend. Isn't that ironic?

The director called us each individually as he gave us a souvenir. He thanked us for our time on the show.

Many of us exchanged phone numbers with the extended cast. We took a group picture and there were a lot of tears.

I didn't cry much because I still had a way to contact the people I actually created bonds with. On top of that, I'm dating Jace. I'll be able to see him like every single day.

I'll miss working on this show. But I'm excited to see what the future holds.
