I woke up in my cat bed, looking around confused. I stood up immediately, catching Doomfanger's attention as he stopped playing with his toy mouse and looks over at me confused.

I jump off my cat bed, looking around the room, recognizing the torn up green couch, the slightly cracked TV, and the stairs which led up to Sans and Papyrus's rooms. There was no way ... I was. I sat down, lifting up one of my paws, looking down a my belly to see nothing but the scar I received being in that lab.

'Wast it all ... just a dream?' I wondered, looking back up while placing my paw down. A single thought went through my head, Sans. Did ... did this mean he won ... no. My mind searched through my memories, Frisk broke her chains that Chara had used to restrain her, before pressing the reset button. This must be what a reset is.

I hear a door slam open, causing me to transform into my human form, looking up towards the stairs to see Sans. Our eyes met instantly, a smile forming along both of our face as tears welled in my eyes.

"Sans!" I scream cheerfully, like I haven't seen him in years.

Sans ran down the stairs while I ran over to meet him, as soon as I got close to him, he wrapped his arms around my waist. "(Y/N), thank god." He said with a sigh in relief, taking on of his hands and dragging it through my hair.  He then pulled away, glaring down at me questioning, "Why did you do that!? I told you to stay inside the house!"

I gulped, "I know, but I couldn't leave you to fight the human alone." I look over at the ground.

He let out a sigh, "I'm just glad you're ok ... more or less."

I smiled up at him softly, "I'm glad you're ok too." I wrapped my arms around my waist, a boost of confidence washing over me as I stood up straighter, kissing him on the cheek. His eyesights disappeared and his cheek bones turned bright red while my own had a faint blush.

"How about we have our first date in this timeline? Grillby's sound good?" I ask, trying to play it off cool, however, I was squealing inside my head.

"Yeah ... sure." Sans responded after awhile, his pinpricks returning, a warm smile on his face. He pulled away, walking over to slip on his jacket. He opened the door, gesturing for me to walk through first

"Such a gentlemen." I say with a small laugh, walking onto the porch, watching as Sans closed the door behind him. He intertwined his phalanges with my own, as we walked side by side. "Oh! What about Papyrus?" I ask, looking up at Sans.

"He's alive, I'm sure he will think we are out patrollin somewhere." Sans answered with a small shrug. "Besides, it's our lunch break anyway."

I giggled, "Every other hour is your lunch break."

Sans chuckled lightly, "You are right about that kitten."

"I have been meaning to ask, what's with the nickname? What happened to rat?" I teased, looking over at him with a smirk.

Sans's shoulders tense, his eye lights disappearing for a second before reappearing, taking his free hand and scratching the back of neck. "U-uh ... yea sorry about calling you that." He apologized, seeming afraid to look me in the eyes.

I gave him a small shove, "Relax I was just teasing."

We eventually reached Grillby's, Sans holding the door open as I walked inside, making my way to the bar counter. I sat up on the stool, Sans sitting down next to me. Out of the corner of my eye, I notice someone familiar. I look over seeing the gang of rabbits that jumped me on my way back from meeting Frisk.

Fear crept towards my heart, watching as they laugh with one another as they played what looks like poker. I jump as I feel a hand being placed on my shoulder, "It's alright, they won't hurt you. I'll make sure of it."
