Remus had an annoying habit of stealing Logan's phone and changing his lock screen background to... inappropriate images. From unicorn p*rn to rats impaled, there was no way of knowing what Logan would see when he turned on his phone. It became especially embarrassing when he forgot to change it back and his friends discovered the graphic pictures. No matter how many times he changed his password, Remus never failed to find a way into Logan's Settings.

But today, he was going to get even. While Remus was in the shower, Logan planned to take his phone and change whatever his background was to a 'savage' picture he had picked out the night before:

Now Logan was just waiting for his chance. He and Remus were having a lazy Sunday, which Logan spent curled up on the couch with a copy of 'Trivial Pursuit'. Remus on the other hand preferred to spend lazy days laying on the carpet in the living room wearing boxers and one of Logan's NASA pullover hoodies binge-watching 'American Horror Story'.

He had just finished season 3 when he sat up from the floor and stretched his arms.

"I'm gonna commit genocide on the living bacteria that lives on my body." Remus said, crawling over to where Logan was on the couch and kissing his cheek.

"Good. You smell." was all Logan said with a small smile. Remus rolled his eyes affectionately and went to the master bathroom. Once he heard the water running, Logan seized the opportunity and looked around for his partner's phone. He found it on the kitchen counter and swiped it up. He knew Remus's password: 49311.

But the second he saw Remus's background, he lost all will to change it.

Logan was expecting something similar to what his wallpaper was usually changed to, but that wasn't even close. Instead, Remus's lock screen was a picture of Logan. He was asleep in his unicorn onesie, his head laid on what looked like Remus's shoulder. He didn't certainly didn't remember this photo being taken. If he had known about it he would have wiped the drool from his mouth...

A bit flustered, Logan stood frozen in the kitchen. He didn't even notice that the water had shut off. Remus had changed into a different shirt of Logan's and athletic shorts. He spotted his partner in the kitchen with his phone and knew he was either in trouble for taking a picture of Logan without his permission or in trouble for stealing another one of his shirts. To make up for whichever action was going to get him in trouble, Remus snuck up behind Logan and wrapped his arms around his torso.

"Remus!" Logan jumped in surprise.

"Hey there, Firefly." Remus said, resting his chin on Logan's shoulder. The latter flushed pink at that, caught very off guard. "Whatcha doing?"

"Nothing of importance." Logan answered, trying to keep his voice even.

"Alright."  He smirked and nodded at his phone screen.  "That's my favorite picture of you.  You look so cute~!"

"Oh, shut up."

"Fine!  Want to start season 4 of 'AHS'?"

"I am not the biggest fan of that show."

"How about Sherlock?" Remus suggested. Logan smiled shyly and nodded. "You grab a blanket, I'll get some Crofters."

Remus pecked his partner's cheek and slipped away to the fridge. While he got a jar of jam, Logan curled up on the couch with fluffy black blanket that could be a comforter for a queen-sized bed. Less than a minute later, Logan and Remus were snuggled up under the blanket with a jar of Crofters watching 'A Study in Pink' (Season 1: Episode 1 of Sherlock).

Even though Remus sometimes did things that got on his nerves, Logan still loved him. Sure Remus had his moments where he seemed insufferable, but Logan was sure that he came off as intolerable sometimes, too. As long as they tolerated each other their low points, they would always have each other at their other points.

Roman was a firm believer in 'love at first sight', but Logan believed quite the opposite. He knows that love takes time, and love takes work. Logan also knew that Remus was willing to put in the work.

And he was very much willing to put in the same, if not more, work in return.
