The Curse Ravenclaw High: 7

Sam and I got ready for my coronation practice and headed off the apartment complex.

When we arrived my mother opened the door with a smile planted on her face.

"Liberty Dear! I am so glad to see you." She hugged me and nodded at Sam.

"Good to see you to mom." I said with a smile

"oh my gosh! Eddie" I said when I saw a tall blonde male walked in behind my mother.

"Libby! Fancy meeting you here!" He said grinning

"Is Bailly here?" I asked curiously.

"Yeah she's inside with the rest." he said shrugging.

"The rest?" I asked walking in and then my question was answered when I saw Tori and Arthur sitting on the couch with two of there Guardians. Who's names were Alyson and Elizabeth nearby was Bailly talking intently with Tori.

"Hello Liberty nice evening isn't it?" Arthur said with an evil grin.

"Not now that you are here." I said with a grin back.

"Idiot." he muttered 

"Moron" I said back.

"Libby!" My mom warned

"Mother." I muttered

This was going to be one heck of a night.

The next morning I found out Jared's party was moved to next week on Saturday.

Looking at my cellphone I saw a number I didn't recognize I opened the text.

What the heck?! Who was this I put my phone in my pocket so Sam wouldn't see it and walked to the bathroom.

 When I got back to my room as usual Sam was down stairs cooking.

I knew this because I could smell French toast.

I rushed down stairs to the kitchen and didn't see Toby.

"Where is he?" I said resting on Toby's place at the table.

Sam pointed behind me.

"Hello sleeping beauty!" I said to him I was in a really good mood this morning.

"Shut it." Toby muttered sitting down at his place and scarfing down his food.

"Oh! ouch!" I said pretending I was offended my putting my hand over my heart.

He growled. "Liberty I think this is when we make our exit." Sam said grinning I followed him out to my car he opened my door and then got in the other side as I was starting the car.

We arrived at school in no time and walked over to John and some of his friends. Sam was chatting with him and I told him I would meet him in class.

I was walking down the hallway when a hand went over my mouth and I was dragged into a closet.

I was screaming but my screams were muffled by the hand of my kidnapper.

When he finally released me I could tell he was smirking. He taped on the wall of the closet and It slowly turned around  to show a dimly lit headquarter type place the kidnapper pushed me inside. 

"Well look who decided to show up! Did you get my text earlier?" Said a man with long black hair. He was tall and thin his hair went to his shoulders. He was wearing combat boots with skinny jeans and a muscle shirt I had seen him around school before as the bad boy. He has a lip ring on his bottom lip and a tattoo on his arm of a heart that had the name Lexi in it.

"Who's Lexi?" I said trying to get my mind off of the other men in the room.

He chuckled. "Lexi? She is my girlfriend why do you ask?" he said raising an eyebrow moving closer to me.

"Curious." I muttered backing away slightly.

"What do you need me for then?" I asked and He laughed again.

"Oh Liberty. Do you not know who I am?" He asked grinning.

"No." I said raising an eyebrow.

"I am Seth." he said grinning even wider when he saw my look of realization.

Seth the Amiss-Unnatural King Seth. Crap!

"What do you want?" I asked shaking slightly now. I have to be strong I am a ruler now. I told myself over and over again.

"You of course." He said and then he ran toward me.

I put my palms out and felt a shock run through them as lightning bolts hit Seth square in the head I had knocked him out.

Some of his Guardians rushed at me but I kept shooting lightning at them until there was one left.

I focused so hard that the lightning bolt went right through his heart.

He was dead.

I was sure of it.

But I wasn't sticking around to find out I ran the way they brought me in and pushed the door open and closed it I ran out of the janitors closet and locked the door.

I ran a hand through my hair and walked off to my first period class.

"Wait what happened?" Lauren exclaimed. Sam, John, Lauren and I were all siting at a table alone today to discuss what happened to me.

"I knocked out Seth and his goons and I think I may have killed one." I said to Lauren.

"This is all our fault we should have been there!" They all exclaimed and looked down.

"Its okay guys I'm still here aren't I?" I said.

"Yes but it could have been much worse don't think so little of Seth Liberty you could have died." John said sadly.

Sam winced uncomfortably. "Your father would have killed me." Sam whispered.

"No, Sam he would think I could handle it by myself. Which is what I did. When I have my locket on I know I'm not alone." I said grasping my locket. 

"I know we are babying you Libby but it is our job." Lauren sighed still looking sad.

"I'd like it if you guys would still treat me the same when I am crowned Queen I don't want anything to change." I said

"It won't." Sam assured me with a smile but I wasn't so sure anymore.
