When we arrived at HQ the sun was rising it was beautiful I grabbed Sam's hand and pushed through the door.

Before I could even mutter a 'Hello' to anyone in the room I was attacked by a little blonde girl.

"LIBERTY!!!!" Nikki shouted.

"Hi Nikki" I chuckled and let go of Sam's hand to pick her up.

"Johnny told me you would be here soon." She said to me.

I glanced up to see John looking at me. "Johnny?" I mouthed he shrugged.

"Is Lauren here?" I asked Nikki she nodded.

"She's planning mommy's foneral." She said

I choked back laughter. "You mean funeral with an u." I said

"That's what I said silly." She said laughing

I gave up on that cause and walked into the kitchen and found Lauren in tears. I set Nikki down on the floor. I rushed over to Lauren and hugged her she immediately hugged me back.

"Shh, Lauren its okay." I said patting her back we both pulled away.

"I just can't believe she's gone." Lauren sobbed and wiped a tear away.

"Who's gone?" Nikki piped in.

I knelt down to her. "Your mommy sweetie." I sighed 

"She's not gone." Nikki said

"What?" Lauren said

"She's not gone. She called me last night she is in the hospital Seth chose to hurt her not kill her." Nikki shrugged as if it was nothing. "Auntie Julie went to see her today."

"My mom went to see her?" I asked

Nikki nodded.

I pulled out my cellphone and called my mom.

"Hello."

"Hi mom its liberty."

"Oh. Hi honey how are you?"

"Fine. Where are you." 

"The hospital." She said nonchalantly 

"Why?" I asked

"Amanda Wells is alive and I am visiting her I think I am going to get to keep Nikki so Amanda can focus on th war." I smiled

I pulled the phone away from my ear and looked at Lauren who was bitting her lip nervously.

"Shes alive." I said Lauren got wide eyes and then smiled.

" What hospital?" Lauren asked

I pressed the phone back to my ear.

"Hey mom what hospital?" I asked

"No need sweetie we are heading over to HQ right now she has a broken rib warn Lauren."

"Will do. Bye mom."

"By hon."

"Call Ended." My phone sang

"So." Lauren said looking at me.

"They are coming over right now." I said Lauren looked like the happiest person in the world.

"Really?"

"Really." I said.

She hugged me and I hugged her back.

"Can I go tell everyone?" Lauren asked

I smiled and waved my hand telling her that she can go.

She left the room half skipping half running.
