Chapter 15

I can not believe Louis and I are engaged. It feels so unreal. Louis said he had a surprise for the girls and I today. We were currently in the car with him and he would not tell us where we were going.

"Where are we going Louis?" I asked curiously

"I told you it's a surprise" Louis said

"Please tell me" I begged

"Will be there soon" Louis said

Before I knew it we pulled up to somebody's house? I got out of the car with Louis and he got Darcy out and I got Courtney out.

"What is this?" I asked

"Our new home" Louis said

"W-what? I-I can't afford this!" I said anxiously

"But I can. Harry you can't have another child in that apartment. There will be no room." Louis said and I knew he was right.

"But how can we afford this. This house is too beautiful" I said

"We can don't worry. The girls seem to like it" Louis said

"But" I said

"Harry stop with the negative thoughts. Think of this as a new beginning in our lives" Louis said and kissed me.

Louis then lead me inside and the inside just blew me away. I did not desrve this house. It was too beautiful for me. I was just a father who is barely making it by as it is. How was I going to afford this. There no backing out now and the girls seem to love it. I hope Louis and I's son or daughter will too.

"Daddy! Papa say I get my own room!" Darcy said happily

"That's great honey" I said

"We will be moving into it officially tomorrow" Louis said

"Thank you for everything"I said and kissed him.

Louis and I then took the girls out for ice cream and to the park sadly we ran into negative people.

The girls were playing on the swings with Maddy and Tehya while Harry and I were on the bench watching them.

"You did not have to do that. I would have figured something out" I said sadly

"Think of it as an apology for missing three years of the girls lives. I love you Harry and nothing is going to change that" Louis said and kissed me.

"Hey fags! Nobody wants to see that." I looked up to see a man who looked to be in his thirties come up to Louis and I.

"Nobody wants to see two fags kissing" the man said and I felt tears starting to form in my eyes.

"Back off! I can kiss my fiance if I want!" I heard Louis say angrily

"You fags don't deserve to be here. You filth." the man said. I could feel the tears running down my face. I then felt something on my legs. I looked to see Darcy and Courtney looking up at me sadly.

"What wrong daddy?" Darcy asked

"Why daddy crying?" Courtney asked

"You actually have kids? I feel sorry for them when they grow up. They'll be bullied because their dads are fags" the man laughed. Everything seemed to slow down when I saw Louis punch the man.

"Stay away from my family" Louis said. Louis then picked up Darcy and I grabbed Courtney. Louis then put his other hand in mine and caressed it

"Ignore that man. He's a jerk anyway." Louis said

"Daddy what fag?" Darcy asked and it shocked both Louis and I

"it's a very bad word Darcy. Don't ever say that again" Louis said

"Okay I sorry" Darcy said with a smile and pointed toward a toy store.

"Darcy we can't" I sighed. I couldn't afford to buy them all the toys they wanted. Does that make me a bad father?'

"I got it Harry" Louis said with a smile

We then walked into the toy store and the girls looked around in excitement. 

"One toy only" I said and the girls ran off to get a toy.  Darcy came back with a beast doll since she already had belle and Courtney came back with a yellow power ranger plush. Louis then paid and we left the store.  We then headed to my apartment and once the door was unlocked the girls ran inside to play and I collapsed on the couch.

"Tired love" Louis asked and I just nodded

"Go to sleep. I'll watch the girls" Louis said and then I fell asleep with a smile on my face. I have the best fiance in the world.
