Kensie's POV:
"You guys know each other?" Sofia asks.
"Yeah! We go way back!" Joshua says while looking at me.
"How have you been, Josh?" Lauren asks him.
"I've been good! What about you guys?" He asks.
"We've been great!" I finally speak up.
I'm pretty sure everyone can feel the tension between Josh and I.
I mean, what am I supposed to do or say to the boy who left without saying a word about it? And let me add he left the day after we kissed.
"Okay!" Tim says while clapping his hands together walking over to us.
"Kensie, Lauren. This is everyone else. Joshua, Olivia, Larry, Dara, and Joe!" Tim says introducing everyone.
Josh and I finally stop staring at each other to look at Tim.
"Hi everyone!" Lauren says trying to ease the tension.
"Okay! Now that you all know each other. We're going to leave you to get to know each other!" Tim says while walking out with the producers.
"So, what do you guys want to do?" Frankie asks.
We all just stare at each other waiting for someone to answer.
"On the way here we saw a bowling alley. We could go there, it's not very far from here." A brown haired girl says, I think her name is Olivia.
"Yeah! That sounds fun!" Sofia says.
We all get up and get ready to leave.
"Uhm Kens, can we talk real quick?" Lauren asks me while pulling me into a bedroom.
"What is he doing here?" She asks.
"How am I supposed to know? He hasn't talked to me in a year." I say.
"I really was not expecting this to happen. But he really looks different from the last time I saw him." She says.
She's right. His hair is a lot longer from the last time we saw him, he actually looks a lot cuter than the last time I saw him.
"I wasn't expecting this either." I say.
"And why are you two acting so weird? I mean you two have a lot of tension between you." She says.
Lauren has no idea about the kiss. Nobody does. Only Josh and I, we promised to keep it between us.
"I don't know. I guess because it's been a year since we saw each other." I say shrugging my shoulders.
"No, it's not that. Or you would be acting like I am around him. Something else happened." Lauren says.
Before I could answer her we hear a knock at the door.
"Come in!" I say.
The door opens and reveals Josh.
"Hey, we're ready to go." He says.
"Great!" Lauren says walking towards the door.
I walk closely behind her until we get to the door and Josh grabs my arm softly and pulls me back.
"Can we talk?" He asks me.
"Not right now. We have to leave." I say pulling my arm away and walking out of the bedroom.
"Let's get this party started!" Matt shouts while we start walking out of the apartment.
We all laugh at him. I turn my head to the left and see Josh laughing and looking at me.
His smile has always been super contagious.
