Kensie's POV:

I wake up at 5:00 am because of someone knocking at the door.

"Kensie go get the door! I don't need to be up for another hour!" Lauren shouts angrily.

I get up and open the door and see Josh standing there in a hoodie and sweatpants. His hair is very messy. It looks like he just woke up.

"Josh? What are you doing here?" I ask.

"I was just wondering if you guys want to come eat breakfast with us." He says.

"Who's us?" I ask.

"Me, Matt, Sofia, Frankie and hopefully you. Everyone else is still asleep." He says.

I could feel my cheeks heating up when Josh said he hopes I would go with them.

"Okay, let me change real quick." I say.

I walk over to my closet and get out a shirt and sweatpants. I just throw my hair into a messy bun and slip on my shoes.

Once I got dressed I walk back over to the front door to Josh standing out in the hallway waiting for me.

"Ready to go?" Josh asks.

"Yep!" I say smiling at him.

"Is Lauren not coming?" He asks while I close the door.

"No. She's not getting up for another hour." I say.

When Josh and I get downstairs, Sofia immediately sees me.

"There's my best friend!" She shouts while pointing at me.

"Sofia, shut up! It's not even seven yet." Matt says half asleep.

"Quit being so cranky." Sofia says while hitting his arm.

"Where's Frankie?" I ask.

Matt points towards the floor and I see Frankie asleep against the wall while sitting in the floor.

I decide it would be funny to scare him, so I walk up beside him very quietly and yell in his ear.

"Frankie!" I yell.

When I yell, Frankie jumps and hits the wall.

"Stop it Kensie!" He shouts.

We start laughing at how dramatic he's being.

"Where do you guys want to go for breakfast?" Josh asks.

"We could go to the Pancake House." Matt says.

We all agree and walk towards the pancake house.

"Hi! How many?" The lady asks us when we walk inside.

"Just five." Frankie says smiling at the lady.

"Right this way." She says after grabbing our menus.
