Kensie's POV:
"Kensie! Wake up! We need to leave now!" Lauren yells while banging on my bedroom door.
I don't answer her, but I know she'll just walk in anyways. I don't feel like going to set today, we have to record the songs for the show. I already know it's going to be awkward for me and Josh when we sing our song together.
"Kensie, if you don't come out then I'm coming in!" Lauren yells.
I still don't answer. I'm still in bed wearing my pajamas. Even if I do go to set today I'll be late.
My door slams open and I see Lauren there with Sofia and Frankie.
"What are you doing?" Sofia asks while walking into my room.
"I don't feel like going to set today." I say closing my eyes.
"Sis get out of bed right now. You're going to set today and record your songs." Frankie says walking over to me and pulling me up out of bed.
"I know I have to record the songs, but I think it will be awkward with me and Josh, then it will make it weird for everyone else." I say.
"Yes it will be awkward, but you're going to have to face him at some point." Lauren says.
"If you don't get dressed, then I'm dragging you to set like that." Frankie says getting sassy.
"Frankie you're a stick, you can not drag me all the way to set." I say laughing at him.
"I just pulled you out of bed, didn't I?" He says.
"Fine, I'm out of bed." I say.
"Go get dressed right now. We're already late and we're going to get yelled at." Lauren says.
I walk over to my closet and pull out a lazy outfit since we're only recording songs today. I put on a tan hoodie, red leggings, and white Doc Martens. I also throw my hair up into a bun.
"Okay you literally look like you got no sleep last night, but it's fine let's go." Frankie says while grabbing my hand and pulling me out the door.
We go outside and get in Frankie's car. Sofia and Lauren get in the backseat while I sit in the passenger seat.
"I know we're already late, but we need to get Wednesday Addams over here a coffee." Frankie says while pulling out of the parking lot.
Lauren and Sofia start laughing like that was the funniest thing they've ever heard.
"What does that even mean?" I ask Frankie.
"I don't know, you're just giving me Wednesday Addams vibes today." Frankie says.
Frankie pulls into the Starbucks that's close to East High.
"Okay what do y'all want?" He asks pulling up to the drive thru.
"Can I get a pink drink?" I ask.
"Wow! How James Charles of you sis!" Frankie says.
I start cracking up when he says that. At least I have Frankie to make me feel better.
Frankie tells the lady what we want and pulls up to the window to get our drinks.
Once we finally get to the school I get really nervous about going in. We're a hour late, so we'll get yelled at all because of me.
"Come on Kensie!" Sofia says getting out of the car.
I get out of the car and start walking towards the front doors of the school. Frankie is walking in front of us a little ways. He pulls out his phone while drinking his coffee.
