Chatty's PoV

"Saan na tayo?" I asked.

"Paoay na, may pupuntahan tayong magugustuhan mo mamaya sa Bangui. I'll take a picture of you later, pero simba muna tayo," anya at inihinto ang kotse sa isang simbahan.

It's the Paoay church. It's an old church, it has pyramid-like structure, gothic, baroque, and oriental design. This is one of the oldest churches in the country. Beside the church was its bell tower. When we went inside, there's a gold plated altar and with a figure of Saint Agustine in it as the centerpiece of the church.

When we sat, agad siyang lumuhod at nagdasal. His eyes were closed.

I prayed for the guidance and healing. I thanked Him for these past days na sumaya ako. These past few days I felt really lighter. And I thanked Him for giving me a chance to forgive and be civil with Ysieve.

"Alam mo ba?

"This is Tita Hilary's home town, right?" I asked, then he nodded and smiled.

"Dito kinasal sila Mama. And I admire this church so much. For me this is the church of strength. For three hundred years or more, it remained firm. And this church has twenty four carved massive buttresses to support it. I can really compare myself in it. My family, friends and specially Lord as my support, for me to remain strong. And I can compare my love for you in this church. Half of my life, was me loving you. There were so many girls passed. So many trials. You even had a boyfriend that can be an enough reason for me to quit. But I'm still here, firmly loving you," anya habang nakatingin lamang sa altar at nakangiti.

"You know what? If God will let us be one, dito kita pakakasalan. Saint Agustine will be the witness of our love. Until my very last breath, you are the only woman I'd love, remember that," iniwas ko ang tingin ko sakanya nang nahabol niya ang mga mata ko. I looked at the altar then he chuckled.

"Punta na tayong Bangui?" I asked.

"Anong tinatawa-tawa mo?"

"Nothing," he bit his lower lip.

The man in his 30s is sitting in a grey BMW motorcycle at may hawak na helmet sa kanyang kamay at ang isa nama'y nasa kanyang tabi.

"Drive it to Manila, mag-ingat ka," utos ni Ysieve.

"It's fun to ride a motorcycle to Bangui and Pagudpud," humarap siya sa akin.

"Sa Maynila pa galing si kuya?" Tanong ko.

"No, sa mansyon dito sa Paoay," aniya.

"Buti nalang pala may sling bag ako, magmo-motor pala tayo," he smirked then came closer to me. Isinuot niya sa akin ang helmet.
