SIENNA rushed to May's front door as she knocked before she reached for the knob, realizing that it was left unlocked. Lorenzo came up behind her as her breath began to quicken before she finally opened the door. There she saw May laying sprawled out on the floor. "Aunt May," She managed to let out as she came to her side as she checked to make sure she was alive. "She's not breathing, she's not-" She looked around at the mess around the house before she stood up. "S-Stay with her. I'll be right back." Entering May's room, she hurried over to the closet as she moved the racks of clothes to open the secret room. "Megan? Meg, it's Sienna. You can come out now."

Leaning her ear close to the opening, she tried to listen to any sort of noise or any sign that Megan was still down there. She called out to her again while also sticking her hand in to try to reach for her but found nothing. Sienna cursed to herself as she sat back on her knees. They had been too late. "Dammit!" She screamed, slamming her fist on the wall.

Lorenzo came into the bedroom, trying to find her before looking into the closet. "What are you--" Sienna wiped her tears away before he could see them. "Francesca took Megan. Now she has Rosemary and her family. Stark is dead, Aunt May is dead...its only a matter of time before she kills them too."

"About that," Lorenzo said, pointing towards the direction of the living. "May has a pulse, but we need to drive her to the hospital immediately."

Sienna frowned, standing up. "What?

Both Sienna and Lorenzo waited in the waiting room to hear any news from Aunt May. She tapped her foot against the floor before she heard Lorenzo clear her throat. "Since when did Rosemary have a sister?"

Sienna stopped tapping her foot, sighing. "Mrs. Parker gave the news that she was expecting their last day in London. They named her Megan after my sister, your Mom, when she gave her life for Mr. Parker. I know Megan would've loved her if she was alive."

Lorenzo turned away before leaning towards her. "What about you and Rosemary? Were you really gonna propose?"

She pressed her lips together as the doctor came up to them, having her stand up. "How is May Parker?"

"She's in stable condition. She has markings around her chest and throat area, but she'll get better. She was having difficulty breathing so we put her to a ventilator."

"Can I go see her?" Sienna asked.

The doctor nodded. "Sorry, only family members are allowed to see her."

Sienna sighed as she looked around before turning back to look at the doctor. "I'm actually the only one she's got, doctor. I'm really good friends with her family but they're currently...can I just go see her, please? What do I have to do for you to let me in? A background check? Because I'll do it-"

"You don't need to do anything for me, I'll let you go and see her. Follow me, please." He said, giving her a small smile.

As Sienna was about to follow him to May's room, she turned to look at him. "Don't even think about leaving the hospital. I got you out, I can put you back in."
