"You should leave us. Take your children and get out of here." Fili said I knew that he was right. "And go where? There is nowhere to go." Bard said. "He's right, where should they go?" I asked. "Are we going to die, Da?" Sigrid asked. "No, darling," Bard replied. "The dragon, it's going to kill us," Tilda asked and I knew that she was scared. Bard reached up over us and took a long black arrow out. "Not if I kill it first," Bard said, he gathered his son and went out while we stayed behind waiting for Bofur to return. Suddenly there was a scream from outside and when I looked up I saw Sigrid who came in screaming with an orc behind her. More Orc came down from the roof and through the door attacking us. All of a sudden the Orc in front of me fell to the ground when I saw who killed it I was relieved. This little deflection gave one of the orcs a chance to attack me but Tauriel was there to kill it. "Thanks," I said kicking one Orc against the head. "Duck," Tauriel yelled when I did she chopped the head off. "You killed them all," Bain said when the orcs ran off or were dead on the floor. "There are others. Tauriel, come."Legolas said he and Tauriel had fought against the orc while I tried to protect Tilda and Sigrid under the table. I looked towards Kili who tried to help and was now on the floor in pain. "Kili, come on don't let me down," I whispered at him. "We're losing him!" Oin yelled to nobody specific. "Tauriel," Legolas said again and left the house. Tauriel hesitated until just as she was about to enter the house she turned around all of a sudden. Tauriel came in with a plant in her hand. "What are you doing?" Bofur asked. "I'm going to save him," she replied. I was a bit confused but Tauriel gave orders to boil some water and put Kili on the Table Bain and I put up on his feet. Suddenly there was a pain coming from my side when I pressed my hand against it. When I released my hand I felt something running down my hand. With a look, I saw blood running down my fingers. "Oh no," I whispered, with that my vision got blurry until I only saw black. When I opened my eyes I was laying on a bed. "Welcome back Nessa, you scared all of us to death when you passed out," Tauriel said who stepped into my sight. "What happened?" I asked her trying to sit up. "Don't, you are still weak from the infection." She said pushing me back onto the bed. "Where is Kili? Is he OK?" I asked. "He is resting, you should too," Tauriel replied. I pulled the blanket closer trying to close my eyes. Then suddenly a roar was heard above us. "What was that?" I heard Sigrid asked. "The Dragon." One of the Boys said. "We have to go or your Sisters will die," Tauriel said somewhere behind me. "Nessa, wake up we have to leave," Tauriel said shaking my shoulder slightly. "I was awake the whole time, I don't know if I can stand," I said shaking when I carefully rose from the Bed. "I'll help you, Nessy," Fili said who stepped next to Tauriel. "Thanks, Fee," I replied holding on to his shoulder. I looked around and saw Kili sitting in a chair, his skin color was much better than before I passed out. "Hey Kili, how are you?" I asked him. "A bit better." He replied before Fili helped him up. "Come on brother we have to go." He told his Brother. "I can walk alone." He growled at his brother. "Oi, no fighting here boys we don't have time for this," I said holding my side, I could feel the wound stinging, I knew it wasn't healed jet. "Hey, hey be careful Ness," Fili said, he came back to my side and helped me into the little boat. It was shaky but somehow we managed to fit into the boat. I was sincere panic in Lake-town when a shadow flew over us. We all duck since we knew that it was Smaug flying over our heads. Suddenly A figure appeared on top of a bell tower. "Da!" Bain called when he recognized the figure as Bard. "Da!" Tilda called but Bard didn't hear either one of their calls. He continued to shoot arrows a the dragon. "He hit it! He hit the dragon!" Kili yelled all of a sudden, we all looked when an Arrow seemed to have hit the dragon on the mark where the scale was missing. "No, he missed it." Tauriel said. "I'm pretty sure he hit the dragon." Kili said. "Nothing can hit him not with normal arrows." Tauriel mumbled. Suddenly somebody passed us. "Bain." Tauriel called. We all called after him but Bain ran off. "Leave him we can't go back." Tauriel said. "Bain." Tilda called out with tears in her eyes. "Hey, Sweety, don't worry he will be fine, and your Dad too." I said in a quiet tone. While I comforted her I watched Lake Town burn around me. We rode out of Laketown on to open water towards the shore where we would search for Bard and set course for the mountain.
