"Any sign of it?" Thorin asked. "Nothing here," Bofur called back. "Nothing here," Ori called as well from another corner of the room. "Keep searching!" Thorin ordered. "That jewel could be anywhere," Dwalin grumbled. "The Arkenstone is in these halls. Find it!" Thorin yelled this made me scared of what might come. "You heard him, keep looking," Dwalin ordered. "All of you! No one rests until it is found!" Thorin ordered I snuck away just to have a look outside since Id been freed from the search party. It seemed to be not the only one who wasn't helping to find the Arkenstone. "Bilbo, arent you supposed to help?" I asked him when I saw him sitting alone in a corner. "Thorin gave me a later shift to search for the Stone," he replied. A few hours later after a long search Thorin, Bilbo, Dwalin and I met in the Throne Room. "It is here in these halls, I know it," Thorin growled. Dwalin and Bilbo stood in front of him while I stood next to the Throne. "We have searched and searched," Dwalin said which woke me up, I'd been walking around Erebor for a few hours looking around Thorin's Home when I found the Throne room where I met with Dwalin, Bilbo, and Thorin. "Not well enough." Thorin just growled. "Thorin do you want to pressure the others to search for that stupid stone," I asked him. "That stupid stone is my birthright." Thorin snapped at me. "Relax Tiger I was just trying to tell you to take a break." I snapped back, I walked off growling about the stubbornness. My Restingspot was on the Balcony where I stood watching the sky and the surrounding trees thinking about Brego and my Life before I went on this crazy journey. "Nessa," Thorin growled behind me. I turned around facing our leader. "I'm sorry for yelling at you Thorin," I said but I was surprised what he did next surprised me. He walked over to me and pressed his lips on mine. I was surprised at first but then I replied to it. "Don't worry about it my love, you know Id forgive you," he said laying his forehead on mine. "Are you coming with me?" he asked about to leave. "I'll join you in a second," I replied with a short smile. "Of course my queen takes your Time," he said. One last Kiss on the back of my hand and Thorin walked back into the mountain while I stayed until it got colder, so I made my way to the room where we had a fire going and some blankets laying around the fire. A few Dwarfs were there and some were off helping to find the stone. I greeted the others and lied down on one of the blankets, pretty quick I fell asleep but was awoken when I heard feet running past me. "What is going on?" I asked Bifur replied in dwarfish which I understood a little bit. "What?" I asked but they all left the room, I got up and followed them outside onto the balcony. Little spots in the distance moved towards Dale. We watched for a while until Thorin ordered the others to barricade the entrance to the mountain with huge stones. "I want this Fortress made safe by sun-up. This Mountain was hard-won, I will not see it taken again." Thorin barked. I got very mad, at first Thorin said he would give the people of Laketown some of the gold. that's what he told the master of Laketown. "The people of Lake-town have nothing. They came to us in need. They have lost everything." Kili told Thorin, he and Bilbo walked over with a cart that had some big stones in it. "You promised the master of Laketown some of the gold, I was there when you gave the promise to the people of Laketown. " I told Thorin, he looked at me madly. "Do not tell me what they have lost. I know well enough of hardship. Those who've lived through dragon fire should rejoice! They have much to be grateful for." Thorin called before he looked over towards Dale. I looked in the same direction, I saw some fires burning, I knew that somewhere was Bard and his family which I hoped. "More stone! Bring more stone to the gate!" when I heard this I noticed tears streaming into my eyes, I knew he hadn't changed and was still suffering from the sickness caused by this place. I turned my back on Thorin and left the balcony to get some rest, I knew it will get stressful tomorrow. "Nessa, can I talk to you?" Bilbo asked me. "Yeah Sure Bilbo," I replied, we walked away into our resting room where we sat down near the fire. He told me that when he was searching for the stone while I was still in Lake Town with Fili, Kili, Oin, and Bofur treating Kilis injury he encountered the dragon and also actually found the stone. "What? Why didn't you gave it to Thorin?" I asked him in a whispering voice. "Because I asked Balin and he said that he was sure giving Thorin the Stone makes it worse." Bilbo said I thought about it for a while until I was sure it wasn't a good idea. "Kay you're right, I saw how he reacted, I think the Stone would make it worse." I said and Bilbo nodded. "Where is it now?" I asked him. Bilbo stuck his hand into his pocket and took out a beautiful stone that was kind of glowing. "It's beautiful." I said quietly. "Yeah, it is." Bilbo replied taking back the stone putting it back into his pockets.
