Hello again!!!
Boy, this has been an intense week for me! I watched my extremely talented students perform in "Mother Courage and her children" and "The Laramie Project" and was extremely overcome by their acting and mastery at storytelling.

I also farewelled some awesome students and have felt extremely sad that I won't be teaching them and learning from them next year.

So, this chapter is dedicated to those students that I teach. May they recognise their true potential and have as much faith in their success that I see from them every time I teach them. May they also achieve their dreams as I have every time I walk into the classroom.

In honour of my gifted and amazing kids, I have made this chapter extra long :) enjoy!!

P.S. I would be very interested to know who trolled my laptop background as I got a shock seeing Zyzz pop up out of nowhere. Hahaha

P.P.S. Check out Chase in the tux!

Love, Rainbows and Sunshine forever, Mallory!!

Chapter Eighteen

I woke up suddenly, shaking as I arose from my ... bed?

I touched the crisp white sheets tentatively, running my hand over the luxurious cotton sheets. I rubbed my bare arms and looked down and realised that I was wearing my favourite yellow silk night gown. Curiouser and curiouser.

The soft light flooded the room, shining onto my lilac walls. I furrowed my brow in confusion, sorting through my thoughts and wondering what just happened.

I was snapped out of my trance as the door opened and Chase's head popped around it. He had a grin on his face which made me frown even more.

"Nice to see you're finally up, just when I finish making breakfast," he jokes. "Although, I'm not too sure if you're trying to bring the 80s back with your hair."

He continued to chuckle. I did the first thing I thought of. I threw the pillow at him.

"Jerk!" I yelled, then jumped out of bed. Smoothing my perm-like hair, I took hold of his ear and continued my tirade.

"Hey! I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" he yelled as he winced from my grabbing his ear. "Your hair is always pretty, I'm sorry!"

Still in a daze, I pulled harder. My yanking his ear caused him to crane his head to the side and hunch.

"Hey! Lay off the Amazon strength will ya!" he continued, this time grimacing and laughing. Laughing? Really?

"Ugh!" I grunted back. "What happened to Vanessa, huh? What, suddenly I'm good enough for you?"

"What do mean about Vanessa?" He said back, confused.

"I'll be asking the questions!" I shouted, by this time I had let go of his ear and began pacing.

He rubbed his ear and flexed his jaw. I suppose he was waiting for me to keep going.

"First you dump me when you find out about the kid-kids!" I began my tirade, waving my arms around passionately, building my heated argument. "Then you cheat on me with Vanessa and I don't hear from you in months. Months! You jerk! Then, then you have the nerve, the very nerve to act like its ok. As if I haven't been through the ringer with the Amazons and Greeks, but you just flounce into my room acting all nonchalant about the whole ordeal and have cooked me breakfast?!?!? Just who do you think you are?"

Still, he had that stupid look of confusion on his face whilst scratching his head.

"Babe, that must've been one hell of a dream," he said, putting his arms on my shoulders. I huffed and shrugged his arms off. Still he persisted and drew me in. He kissed my forehead, then I turned my head away from him still hurt.
