Chapter 2

I can't see a single thing. Mainly because I have my eyes shut to keep the soot out but it doesn't explain the darkness. It feels like its so dark that death would seem brighter than this dank soulless shadow. Wait. I don't feel the soot and extreme heat on my skin anymore. And its bright. My eyes are still closed but i can feel the sun through my eyelids. Did I just run completely through that explosion?

I open my eyes and see a tree on top of a hill. I know I'm dreaming. I mean, I have to be. I was just on the highway leaving Arizona and now after running a billowing tower of smoke, I'm at the bottom of a hill thats covered in grass and flowers. I start to walk up the hill and see a little girl wearing a pink dress that seems to  be 10 feet too long laying on the tree facing my direction but looking at the ground. As I get closer to her and the tree I see the 2 furballs and the white boy. All walking up the hill from different sides. I notice that none of us are covered in dirt and my helmet is gone. Yup a dream. Has to be. 

We get to the top and notice that the 2 gray balls are Siberian Husky's. One a little older than the other but doesn't seem like the older is the younger's parent. Oh well. Who cares. I just wonder why this little girl is here. 

We all get to the top and ignore each other. I reach out to gently shake her awake. But before I even touch her, she instantly looks at US -yes all 4 of us even though we are surrounding her- directly in our eyes and screams out what sounds like a mixture of 20 people dying and a hyena laughing. We jump back and the smaller dog yelps in pure fear. She looks back down and starts to laugh, slowly turning from sinister to supposedly cute. 

"So I was able to attract the 4 of you." The little creep says jokingly. "you guys seem to be the only ones this time. Never had animals come before though. Oh well. That'll just make this even more interesting." I look around and see the hill is still surrounded by smoke but it's white and fluffy looking. Its swirling at an incredible speed, though. I actually think this hill is the middle of this explosion. But there's no indication of anything catastrophic at all. Did this girl cause this?  

"So let me tell you the rules." The girl continues on.

"No tell us what happened and what do you mean by that 'attracted you' statement." The white boy quickly snaps. 

"Calm down, Watern. Your too-"

I burst out laughing. "What kind of name is WHAT URN! Your parents must have been smoking an actual brick before your birth. Hahaha!" I keep laughing while I see the 2 dogs showing a bit of a smile as if they even know thats a horrible name. Watern looks at me and his face shows that he's really mad I laughed. I don't give a single care at all.

When I stop laughing, the little girl continues on. "1. Make my job easier. 2. Try not to see me anytime soon." She looks up and her face has turned into a empty skull and her dress is slowly turning black. "Now do what you will with what I've given you and make this a good show for me." By the time her sentence has finished her dress has receded to her knees or rather knee bones. This girl turns out to be a walking skeleton. Yup this has to be a dream.
