Yoona POV
The five of us started walking to the conference room that Jeno had first shown me during his tour. We entered to see a few of the members already present. I waved to all of them silently saying a 'Hi' and sitting down next to Willow and Jeno.
It was pretty tense to be honest , i had many thoughts going on in my head before more members started coming in one by one. I smiled at all of them as they came and sat down returning a smile back too. Nobody dared to speak up. The only person now yet to come was Taeyong , our leader and my brother.
Right on que , the door slammed open , making us all jump slightly in our seats , and Taeyong hurriedly entered inside and stood at the very end of the long table.
" I'm sorry to have called a meeting at an early hour , but this was very important. Firstly , I hope everyone here is aware of Lee Changwook. " He said and glanced at us.
Me and Willow definitely seemed lost and so Taeyong spoke up again. This time he bent down , lightly slamming his hands on the desk and looking at us.
" Lee Changwook is our enemy. Yoona , he is our grandfather's youngest brother. In short , he killed everyone in the high posts , including all 4 of his brothers to get his postiton. In which he succeeded.
The boss drink , on E-127 , is made by him. He's using chemicals , making people go crazy , go mad and in the end , die. We do not want more people to die. As grandfather's last words were , we all are in this together. We have to get our rightful position back. " He explained and both of us gulped and nodded in response.
" According to Taeil , Yoona , you will soon be contacted by Changwook. "
" M-me? " I said sort of flustered.
" Yes and after that Willow too. He knows that both of you reside on E-127 but does not know that you are here now. "
I swiftly interwined Willow's hand in mine and she made the grip tighter. I was sure we both were very overwhelmed and I swear I could've peed but i held it in.
" Next , I want Johnny and Taeil to continue training the four elementals while Winwin you will look after healing them.
Lucas and Jungwoo both have to start strength training this time from level four and not 0.5 .
Chenle , Hendery and Yangyang will keep their eyes on our house's boundry.
Jisung , you are gonna start training with me from today.
The rest will follow the usual schedule but absolutely do not lag. I will be informing each and every one of you on all updates. " Taeyong finished and cracked his fingers , still being deep in thought.
" I want everyone to focus on their training. What we are about to do is not a joke , and it means going against four very strong parties. We don't know when they will start attacking. Hence , nobody will slack off. Is that clear? " Taeyong and all of us nodded.
" Kun , i want you to create a place where the four elements can practice. Expand our basement for Jisung to run. Now , everyone i dismiss the meeting. Do not let your guard down at all. " Taeyong then got up from his seat and left the room. All of us started leaving one by one too.
Jeno accompanied me while Willow and Jaemin went the other way.
" Um Jen , i'm like confused. "
" Hmm? About? "
" This whole thing , i'm scared.. " I said frankly.
He stepped in front of me and now we were facing each other.
" Yoona , you don't have to worry. We can get through this. "
" I know. It's just , the thing is that i'm very new to this , i don't know how much i can be of help. "
" Yah , the four of us could bring anything down you know that right? "
" Lee Jeno , i'm not sure if i'm ready for this okay? "
"Yoona no matter what happens, remember that me and the boys will always keep you girls safe. i'm not gonna sugar-coat anything and say that it's easy, in fact this is a matter of life and death. but we are the only ones with the power to save both our worlds, and we've been training for that our entire lives. We have to fight for justice and peace. But amidst all of this, i promise that i would never let you get hurt. You are and will always remain our top priority." He said and I looked down at our feet. I was still feeling vulnerable about this.
He hugged me before saying that ' I should get some rest and we'll meet at lunch. ' I said bye to him and retreated to my room.
' Yoona , training at 12:45. Check the training clothes in your cupboard. Meet us in the backyard. ' I suddenly heard Taeil's voice in my head.
' Wait what? That is in 15 minutes Taeil! ' I said back through telepathy.
' Yeah so what? ' He replied.
' Nothing i'll be there... ' I said.
I walked to my cupboard and opened it to see ( not to over-do but like ) the coolest training suit i've every seen.
