Song for the chapter: Cuckoo by Adam Lambert

Dean didn't chase after me like I hoped he would... He just sat there with an 'I just watched my puppy get ran over' look on his face. But, I let the tears fall again. I didn't stop them. Just waited for them to end. So, I started my car again, and drove out of the motel parking.
By the time I was out of the town, I soon pulled into another. The town was more of a city, but it was nice. It seemed to be very... Urban. Many people were outside. Some walking in business attire, while some just casual. I got a few stares from being either new, or the car... Maybe both.
A few hours back, I'd stopped crying, and kept my mind off of it.
"I'm on the Highway to Hell!" My cell blared AC/DC.
I picked it up, "Hello?"
"Elizabeth? Where are you?"
I sighed, it was Sam, "I'm out of town."
"Why?"
"Sam, I just needed to get out. I can do this whole demon hunting thing by myself. I can figure it out." I grumbled, and hung up the phone.
With the week or so I was with Bobby, he gave me a few pointers on Demons. Look for abnormal weather, any mysterious deaths, etc. So, that's my next job.
I pulled into a cafe parking lot, and grabbed my laptop. Free WiFi was needed, and they had it. When I got inside, I finally sat down, ordered coffee, and got started. I felt my phone buzz, but payed no attention to it. It couldn't be that important.
After at least an hour, I finally found an abnormality. Los Angeles, California. Under the weather point, it's been abnormally cold and windy. Almost snowed. I raised my eyebrow. Guess this can't be that hard.

I drove into LA, and found myself a motel. Signing in was simple, and getting out on the street was easy. There weren't many people hanging around. I mean, there were heavy dark clouds outside, and it looked like it was about to rain. I sighed, and continued walking around the streets. Hugging my jacket closer to myself, I heard footsteps come closer to me. I sped up a little, but ended up bumping into someone. I landed backwards, and looked at the person I bumped into.
"Cas?" I asked.
He looked down at me, and held his hand out, "Hello, Elizabeth. The Winchesters have been looking for you."
I grabbed his hand, and pulled myself up. I sighed, "Don't tell them you found me."
He now had a confused look on his face, "Why?"
"Because. I know that-with what's coming- they're gonna get hurt. I can't let someone else get hurt because of me," I said, shoving my hands into my jacket pockets, "I can't let Dean get in the middle of it. Especially with what happened the last time we were in the same room."
"Well, I am sorry, Elizabeth. But, it is a little late." Cas disappeared, and I felt arms wrap around me.
I struggled in the grip, and when I finally got out, I saw Dean.
"Dean?" I asked, but I soon regretted turning around. So, I turned around again, and ran in the opposite direction.
My feet carried me as fast as I could go. When I looked back, Dean wasn't as far as I thought he was. But, I tried to push myself faster. I turned down an alley way, and silently hoped it wasn't a dead end. Which, by the way, was almost my luck. A chainlink fence was what I was presented with. I stopped in front of it, and looked up. It wasn't too high, but it'd keep Dean occupied. I quickly hopped over the fence, and looked through it when I hopped down. Dean was coming closer to the fence, so I started walking backwards.
"Really, Elizabeth? This game?" He shouted.
I turned around, and ran again. The alley way went a few more blocks, and I began to get tired. I started to jog, and get slower the longer I went.
Heavy foot falls made me want to go faster. But, the falls were going too faster than I could keep carrying myself. I turned another corner, and to my dismay, I was stuck at a dead end.
"Give it up, Elizabeth." I heard Dean shout. He hadn't turned the corner, but he did stand in the front of where I turned, "Elizabeth. Please, stop."
I looked at him from where I stayed put, "Why Dean? So you can continue the game?" I asked sarcastically.
Dean walked closer, "What game are you talking about, Elizabeth?" He was getting angry.
I kept my place, "The one where you tell me how you feel, I show you how I feel, and then you regret telling me how you feel. It's an ongoing game, Winchester. The Dean Winchester actually has no feelings."
Dean walked in front of me. I didn't flinch, but he had a look of anger on his face.
Instead of letting him go on, I walked around him, and turned my head, " Lucifer or Crowley should've kept you in Hell. Maybe you learned a few good things, Dean."
I heard a grumble come from Dean, and I knew I struck a cord. His large hands wrapped tightly around my arms, and he slammed me against the brick wall. I flinched in pain, but kept my eyes on his.
"What the fuck is wrong with you?" Dean asked, putting his face closer to mine.
I smirked, "A lot, Winchester. A lot you don't know about."
"That magic really has changed you," He growled in my face. His hand clutched around my neck, and squeezed.
I narrowed my eyes, despite being able to breathe. I felt little oxygen come to my lungs. Instead of struggling, I flicked my wrist, and Dean was stuck against the wall corresponding with the one we were on.
Air came to my lungs, and I could finally breathe. Dean was still stuck.
"I don't want to hurt you Dean." I said, walking closer to him. He struggled and I continued, "But, can I tell you something?"
"Go ahead."
I sighed, and let him fall from the wall, "I stopped trying after that night. I stopped caring."
With that, I walked away from Dean Winchester.

DEAN POV
I watched as Elizabeth walked away. As soon as she turned the corner of the alley, I was let off the wall.
My emotions were driving me nuts. It hurt more than when Lisa forgot about me... Well, when Cas made her forget about me. The pain and the guilt. It was worse than ever.
I pulled my phone out, in hopes of calling her, but my screen lit up.
"What, Sam?" I said, trying to hide the sadness.
"Well, somebody's grumpy." Sam mumbled, "Where are you? I thought you were looking for Elizabeth."
I rolled my eyes, "I am. She's not in Oregon. She's in LA."
Sam seemed to close a large book, "And I know where Hantu-Kopek is."
