After Coraline and I got to the Motel, we both sat on the bed. Coraline staring off into space, and me looking at the floor. Sadness was clouding the air in the room, making breathing harder and heavier. I could feel the constriction in my chest. My eyes burned a little, and tears spilled over my bottom lid. Realization hit me, and it hit me hard. All my life I'd been dependant on this woman I loved dearly, and now she was gone. And now I had the responsibility to keep Coraline safe.

Another life was dependant on me. Me. Of all people, I've lost my mom, and I have more things on me than I can handle. The thought of failure made me cry harder. If I were to let Coraline down... She'd have... Nothing. I guess she'd be alone. She's a freshman in high school. If something were to happen, her whole future would be crushed.

"Hey, Lizzie," Her voice rang softly next to me, "It's okay."

I nodded, "It's okay."

The tears stopped, and I was a sniffling mess. Coraline had puffy eyes, as well as a sad smile on her face. I moved off the bed, and walked over to my duffel bag. My laptop was shoved in the bottom, which I was thankful for. I fulled it out with my MiFi thing, and set it up on the bed. Opening up Netflix, Coraline browsed through our recently watched, and chose one of our favorite shows. Teen Wolf was displaying on the screen.

"Yessss, this is my favorite episode." Coraline whined, making me laugh.

The speakers were turned up all the way, and the blinds were closed. The dark room made the setting of the show even more eerie.

Halfway through the episode, a knock tapped at the door.

"Keep watching." I said, standing from the bed.

I looked through the peephole, and saw the two people from the diner. Sam and Dean stood there, sighing, and looking around.

I opened the door a little, and slipped out, "Can I help you?"

"Okaythisisgoingtosoundcrazy,butsometinginhumanishuntingyou." Sam blurted out. He said it so fast, that I only caught inhuman.

"SAM! Slow down. What?" I asked, crossing my arms.

"Well... We found traces of sulfur in the remnants of your house," He said clearly.

"Okay.. What's that got to do with anything?" I asked, crossing my arms.

The boys looked at each other, then at me. But, nobody talked. A few minutes passed, and I was getting angry.

"What does it have to do with my mothers death?" I growled.

Dean answered first, "Well, sulfur is the murderers trademark."

I squinted my eyes in a glare, "His trademark? Nobody in the state has suffered this!"

"Calm down." Sam said in a light voice.

I took a deep breath, "Anything else?"

They shook their heads. I nodded, and went back inside. Coraline was just sitting on the bed with Teen Wolf still playing on the laptop. She was so engrossed, that I wasn't surprised she didn't notice the talking/yelling outside.

Between three to four more episdodes, Coraline ended up asleep on the bed. She was sprawled out like a starfish. I chuckled quietly.

I remembered what the agents said about the sulfur being found at the scene... But, I also noticed how secretive they were being. The silence after I asked... So, Google here I come.

The google search engine popped up, and I typed in 'sulfur' to the little bar.

That's helpful... Not. I'm guessing it's not number 2, I thought. So, I thought to more of Sam's words. Inhuman. So... Supernatural maybe? Curiousity overcame my senses, so I google searched 'sulfur in supernatural.'

Instead of a Wikipedia popping up, and book called 'Supernatural' by Carver Edlund. I looked at the cover of the book. One of the two guys looked like Fabio, and the other just looked like a creep. I scoffed, and clicked on the link. One of the descriptions of the first book popped up. It was something about Sam and Dean Winchester losing their mother 20 years ago (when the book takes place). Later, Sam goes to college, and Dean stays his father's soldier. Dean pulls Sam out of college, and the boys' father is missing.

So, basically, it talks about the life of these brothers.

I clicked out of the page, and clicked on a supernatural wiki. The search bar on the wiki showed sulfur. A whole page about what sulfur is, and what leaves it behind was on the screen.

"Sulfur, or sulphur, is a non-metallic element that is found normally on the earth's crust, areas with volcanic activities, and is known in the Bible as brimstone. The most notable use of sulfur in the supernatural world is that it is a key marker of demonic manifestation. Since it is an identifier of demonic activity, it is thus useful for hunters when identifying creatures responsible for supernatural cases. It appears that the more poweful the demon, the more sulphur they leave behind," I spoke quietly to myself.

Demons. What? The page spoke all about the sulfur. I was truly surprised that demons were possibly real. I scoffed. All I'm doing is filling my head with lies. It's not true information... It can't be. Plus, people don't just say demons are real. Demons are things of our imagination our parents would use to scare us if we were bad.

I closed my laptop, frustrated. Confusion was running through my brain. Demons=sulfur...

"I think it's time for bed." I grumbled, walking over to my bed.

Coraline had moved, and I was already crawled into bed.

Another thought popped into my head as I almost fell asleep:

How did they know we were camped out here?
