So...no light jog?

"Ah, I don't care. I'm off back to bed goodnight" Jacob said walking back to his bedroom.

"Hiya Els, you look beautiful this bright morning" Jacobs brother - Oliver said once again, he was topples but this brother had a bowl of cereal in his hands.

"Oliver, what have I said about flirting with my best friend!" Jacob screamed from wherever he was & Oliver snickered.

"Oliver I presume? I'm Alpha Wesley. Ellas mate". Wesley spoke a harsh glare directed at Oliver. "Apologies Alpha, my kids just lose their respect in the mornings. I'll have to get their mum have a word with them" Jacobs dad said directing the attention back to him.

"Well I think it's time we head back, we've been gone too long" Wesley grasped my hand, lifting me up with him. He walked himself out the door in a strop. My hand glued to his.

After a few minutes of awkward silence my stupid mouth broke the silence "So...no light jog?" I asked. Wesley stopped in his tracks.

"Does every male in the Betas family fancy you?" He asked whizzing around a frown on his face. "Eww, certainly not. Beta Henry is married you freak" I shuddered.

"I give up" he mumbled turning around, heading back home.

"Wesley, my leg hurts" The jogging from yesterday's had really tired me out & honestly I just wanted Wesley to carry me back. "Suck it up, we're close" he mumbled clearly annoyed.

Knowing he wasn't going to stop I sat on the floor "okay, you head back" I huffed. Crossing my arms. "We will" he spoke not even turning around to pay me any attention.

He was a good distance away before I realised he hadn't noticed I stopped waking. "Wesley, can you help me back up?" I said hoping for him to turn around. "Ella, get off the ground & return back to your house". He spoke with authority almost making me get up.

Ruby pushed at me to listen to him, to have him close but the stubborn me chose not to listen. I just wanted some attention from my mate.

"No" I huffed crossing my arms. "Well when you're done acting like a child we will have lunch & maybe do some training" He said still not looking at me. With that he walked off.

Wait, he actually left me?! He didn't even take me back? Is this a joke? Am I a joke? I shuffled across to the wall & rested my back against it. 'Stop being so stupid, let's go back to mate' Ruby huffed out once realising I wasn't going to follow him.

No, I'm going to sit here. There's nothing cool about him. I argued back with her & then blocked her out.

He's the one that made me get up early & he suggested we go to the Betas house. It's not my fault Jacobs brother complimented me slightly.

Alpha Wesley POV:

It's hard keeping my wolf at bay when she's absolutely breathtaking. The slightest scent of her sends my wolf into overdrive. He wants her attached to his hip, he doesn't understand no.

She has this aurora that calms you down & winds you in to her. Not to mention she's so tiny, we want to be there for her all the time be at her back & foot. But my wolf & I both crave authority. It's our blood to be leaders & run. When she doesn't listen it drives me insane, she just seems so naive of the world & so sheltered. Not that I blame her.

The upbringing she had was not the best, maybe that's what made her so stubborn.

Yes I was angry & jealous. I always am.

She's mine, as I am hers.

But when pups flirt with her my wolf wants to mark her. Let them know she belongs to me & if they were to harm her they'd have to go through me. A lot of Alphas don't like me, for the way I run my pack. The certain rules I have. But having an unorganised leader means their vulnerable to attacks.

Like Alpha Sharp, the death of his mate has always taken a toll on him daily but it seems like he's slowly deteriorating. But he's smart, he became friendly with all the Alphas. Made sure they could trust him, just so he could keep my angel safe. I see it in his eyes, she's the heart of him. The one that's keeping him going.

He asked me to come & help train her. He couldn't do it himself, being an Alpha is changing & time consuming. Especially when you don't have any organisation. He didn't have the time to train her, his wolf was slowly dying, sucking the energy out of him.

My Beta was in charge for a few days, then we'd head back to my pack for 3 days to show her how I run everything. She's still not done with school but their currently on break. 1 exam left & she's all mine!

It had been an hour & my stubborn mate was yet to return as expected.

I made my way back to her, her scent hadn't shifted an inch. To my surprise she had her knees up with her head resting on them slightly snoring away.

I knew she hated waking up earlier & honestly I'm surprised I even managed to get her out of bed. But I loved sleepy Els. She was clingy, making my wolf throw a party.

I squatted down & wound my arms around her legs & pushed her off the wall slightly so I could carry her. "Uhh go away" she groaned out barely understandable. Once I stood up with her in my arms she shoved her body closer to me & her face into my chest.

"I didn't expect her to be knocked out this fast, I had given her another hour at least" Alpha Sharp said as soon as I stepped into his house.

"I'm not sleeping" She mumbled putting an arm across me.

"Ah okay sweetheart, sure. How was your jog? Her dad asked as we made our way to the living  room.

"Good, how about you ask Wesley?" Her voice was barely understandable she had her hair sprawled out & her face was pressed up against my chest. Her father raised an eyebrow at me. "Good, she said it was good. You never mentioned that your Betas sons are Jacob & Olive"

"Ah Jacob & Oliver their quite the pair aren't they? They both used to have sleepovers here & My baby used to play mummies & daddies" Alpha Sharp said, a big grin on his face.

"Dad, please shut up. Weren't not going there today" Ella groaned out pushing her face away from my chest which my wolf didn't like. "I'm sure Wesley would love to know all about who the parents were" Alpha Sharp said, deliberately winding her up.

I knew where this was going & my jealousy was getting the best of me. She attempted to get out of my arms to stop her dad but I held on tighter. "I'll kiss you if you let me go back to my bed" she spoke fast. Her cheeks stained bright red as well as her ears.

My eager wolf nodded "Ella left something, we will be back" with that I was out of the room running to her room.
