Its summer time, and you are a part of "The Losers Club." You've been friends with them since you were ten but one of the losers you've practically grown up with. Richie Tozier. But this is not just a love story. One night you and the losers find som...
We started heading to the Mall after I asked a few people where we could find it. When we got there after about 15 minutes, we saw a big building with neon words that read 'Starcourt Mall' written in little lights on the top. When we walked in we were hit with a cool breeze of cherry Slushies, popcorn, strawberry ice cream, and the sound of all of our favorite song, Africa by Toto. The boys went to the theater to watch a movie while leaving me and Beverly
El didn't say specifically what time we should be here so I went to the bathroom to check. I took the blindfold with me. I sat in the bathroom with my blindfold on trying to see if I could find her and there she was.
"Hey, El!" I exclaimed.
"Oh hey, y/n. Are you at the Mall yet?"
"Yeah, your only gonna see me and Beverly because the boys went to the theater. I'm in the bathroom trying to get away from all the loud people and music." I said nervously laughing.
"Oh ok cool I'm in one of the changing rooms at the gap with Max."
"Oh ok. I'll go there then. See ya soon !" I took off the blindfold and unlocked the bathroom stall.
I looked in the dirty, lipstick filled bathroom mirror with Beverly sitting on the counter, handing me napkins to get rid of the nose bleed that rolled down to my lips.
"Shes at the gap with Max." I said before I took a deep breath before excitedly swinging open the squeaky bathroom door, holding it open for Beverly.
Beverly and I ran to the gap, holding hands. Searching for a girl with short brown hair. We weren't exactly sure what Max looked like but I knew El's face well enough.
After a minute or two I saw the girls dressing up in one of the mirrors when Material Girl came on the radio.
"El?!"
"Oh god Hi y/n! See Max I knew she wasn't fake!" I hugged her, smiling like an idiot. I don't know why but she just felt like a family member I've known for years but I only met her last night.
As we pulled away from the hug I saw her new outfit.
"Wow, I love the outfit!"
"Really? thanks!" She said twirling. "Now it's your turn! You and Beverly!" At first, I wasn't so sure but, what the hell!"
After a few times of goofing off Bev and I found the perfect outfits.
