He stood in front of me with his hand over my mouth. "Bandit." I muffled into his hand. He grinned. "Princess. Seems like faith wants us together." I farrowed my brows. "Now, quiet down, we wouldn't want to give away our hiding place now, would we." My eyes fixed there way towards the door, my heartbeat intensified as the footsteps got near. For some reason, I was more afraid of the men outside then I was of the bandit. He placed his finger over his mouth, gesturing me to stay quiet. I nodded. He let go, taking out a small knife.

The door swung open catching me off guard it wasn't the men from before, those men laid on the floor dead. The one in front of the door where pirates. And it wasn't just two, but a group of them. "Long time no seen buddies,  I almost missed you." The bandit said in a very mocking voice. This seemed to enrage the pirates. "Why you." They all charged at him with there swords. Was he going to fight all of them with just that small pocket knife!!

"Princess, mind breaking that window for me, you see I would do it myself." He slashed a guy in the gut. "But I'm a bit occupied, right now." I looked at the window, I know exactly what he was thinking I looked around the room. Come on not even a vase! I gritted my teeth, my eyes widened. I know! I grabbed a blanket, drowning it in the small wooden tub next to the tub. I wonder if this will work. "What do we have here-." The pirate startled me and I accidentally swung, "Nice shot, princesses." I looked down at the pirate. Happy accidents do exist.

I quickly made my way towards the window swinging the drenched blanket into it. It broke! I turned around. "I did it-." My eyes widened feeling and seeing the bandit pick me up. "Hold on tight, princess." I looked down, we were on the second floor. "Your insane!" He grinned. "Close your eyes dear." Don't have to tell me twice.

10 Minutes Later

"Princess not that I mind having you, so close. But that grip you have there on my neck is begging to suffocate me." The eyes the were tightly closed, widened, after we jumped we began to be chased by hoards of pirates, I failed to relized that there was no actual danger anymore. I quickly let go. "P-put me down." He grinned. "Your wish is my command, princess." He gently let me down, my eyes widened. "The basket!" I was so busy breaking the window, that I forgot the basket. "You mean this one." My mouth hung open.

"H-how did you." He shrugs his shoulders. "It seemed important to you so I snatched before we jumped." My eyes let up, quickly grabbing the basket. "Thank you, thank you so much. I'm so happy I could kiss you...!"

...

 Why did I say that!?

I slammed my hand over my mouth.

He wore a mask over his eyes but I could still see the expression he was giving me. He was amused. "Forget what I said, It was an accident!"I blurted out. He grinned, tapping his chin. "Now how can I forget such a bold declaration, Princesses, you may have even burned it in my memory. I'm so happy I could kiss you." He repeated. "Shut it," I said quickly turning around, I didn't want to give him the satisfaction of seeing my face so red.

He walked up to me. "My my princess, you may be coming down with something," He stood in front of me. Placing the back of his palm on my forehead. My eyes as well as with slightly parted, I felt my cheeks get even warmer. "Or is it, my I say, my presense, that flusters you." My heart spiraled out of control. "You're mad, how can you say something so, so." He grinned. "So... indecent?" I nodded, quickly walking away from him. "You started it first, princesses." My eyes widened, "No I didn't it was you who-." I felt my face become warm again. "Who what." He looked, even more, amused then before. "You-you stole a kiss from me!" I touched my cheek.

He had a grin on his face that grin soon turned into a chuckle and that chuckle quickly turned into full-on laughing. My eyes let up with anger. The nerve. "I'm sorry. Sometimes I forget how innocent you really are, princess." He took a deep breath calming himself, I stood there with my arms crossed, glaring. "Well if your done laughing now, I should get on my way. Again thank you." I walked away heading towards the orphanage. The basket was ripped away from my arms. "What are you-" He walked straight, "So where are we delivering the last set of food."  My eyes widened. "How did, you know."

He didn't answer.

"Have you been following me."
