'Where you following me." He turned around, with a grin. "My, my,  princesses, I never took you for a narcissist, to say I was following you, I have problems of my own you know." I gritted my teeth. "How dare you." He placed the basket over his hat. "Oh please, my dear princess, forgive me, please don't throw me into the dungeon, I swear I'll change." How dare he mock me.

"You know what that's not such a bad idea, you are the bandit, after all, maybe I should through you in."  He held the basket down to his side. "Do it, princess, though I dought you would." He came closer. "What makes you so confident that I won't." Is what here that I could see his eyes, they were very dark but somehow gleamed under the moon. "Because. You know right from wrong, princess. Unlike your father." My father...

"Tell me, bandit, that night you entered the castle, you didn't kill me, didn't harm me, maybe you threatened me, but your intention was never to hurt me was it?" He stared into my eyes. "Then what was your real intention." There was a long silence before he turned. "I was bored, I wanted to see who this princess was, that the whole town was talking about." I stayed silent. "I get the feeling that your lying to me." He continued walking. "You don't have to believe me, princess, I sure wouldn't."

*10 Minutes Later*

"The orphanage." I nodded. Nocking on the door, an elder woman opened the door. "Princess!" Her eyes were as wide as mine when I said those embarrassing things to the bandit. "What are you doing here alone late at night, my, lord, get in." I looked beside me the bandit was nowhere to be seen. I shook my head, "No, no, it's okay Mrs. Ann, I just came to drop off some food." She looked down at the basket. "Princesses, you don't how much this means to us, she placed the basket inside grabbing my hands.

"Please be careful, you know what the people think of your father and anyone related to him, I ask that you not do this alone again, I fear that you will get hurt, or god forbid, killed." I smiled. "You don't have to worry, Mrs.Ann, I'll bring someone with me if that eases your mind. Say hello to the kids for me." We said our goodbyes, I sighed making my way back to the horse. "Raised by the devil, but made to be an angel." I jumped. "My God, must you always scare me." The bandit came out of nowhere.

"I apologize princesses, but your expressions when you're startled are just so amusing," I deadpanned. "Well, I'm glad you're enjoying yourself." I looked at the bandit. "Back there why did you hide." He stopped walking, "Princess. Don't move." But it was too late I moved, he quickly got in front of me. "Don't worry, it was just a snake." My eyes widened, "A very venomous snake, it seems." He laughed it off not before he fell to the ground. "Bandit!"

*Hours Later*

"Again, thank you for letting us stay here. I'm really sorry for imposing like this." Mrs.Ann, place a bowl with water in front of me. "Princesses, as I said before, you don't need to thank me, this house will always be open to you. You and your friend.' I scratched the back of my head. I wouldn't use the word friend to loosely, I guess it was better if I didn't tell her, how this unconscious friend, threatened me too, a knife-point. He had a mask on his eyes, wore a hat, wore all black, yet she didn't question if it was safe for him to be in this house. "Hehe, yes friend." She looked down at his bite, "It's getting better, make sure to clean it, every 30 minutes." I nodded, "Thank you again, Miss, have a nice night." She exited the room leaving me, along with the bandit.

I looked down at his face. I shook my head. No that's wrong. He keeps his face hidden for a reason it's none of my business. Plus it''s not like, I care about how he looks like. Why would I. He's a bandit... Bandits are bad. I sighed, if father, could see me now, he'd very disappointed, not that he already isn't, the more I grow the more of a disappointment I seem to be. In his eyes everything I do is wrong.

I let exhaustion take over my body.

I slowly fell asleep.
