Chapter 4

Mattia pov:
She walked out of my room swiftly. I felt the goosebumps from on her back. She was a very closed person I was curious about her but I didn't know why?
Lay down in bed and I stare at the ceiling until I fall asleep.

Y/N pov:
The next morning I woke up and I heard shouts from downstairs. I get up and rush down. I see mattia shouting into his phone and he notices me.
"Take care of it, I'll call you later" he says hanging up
"Hey sorry did i wake you" he asks
"Yea, but it's fine" I say walking back up to my room
"Hey y/n" he says
"Yes?"
"We the boys and me are gonna have a few friends over to play poker" he says
"Is that ok with you?" He asks politely
"It's your house mattia do what ever you want, I'll be in my room if you need me" I say walking up the stairs

In case your wondering, yes I am depressed, my father died three weeks ago, I got married to a man I don't even know and to top that all off I had no friends to talk about it. I was always home schooled and an only child. My dad trained me to take over the mafia but I couldn't I was too weak and everyone knew that. I start crying and sobbing. I cry until I fall asleep.

*two weeks later*

Me and mattia barley talk to each other. In the morning he leaves and I'm home all day I make food for when mattia gets home. All I've done is go from my room to the kitchen and to the bathroom. The first few days it was hard for me to see him walk in with the boys and have bloody shirts, but you get used to it and sometimes he brings girls home and I just mind my own and ignore him. But one thing that still bothers me is the drugs he always celebrates inhaling cocaine.

Mattia pov:
Y/n and I barley talk to each other. We've established a pretty workable ethic I leave in the morning and get home and there is food ready. Occasionally I bring girls home which she completely ignores.
"Y/n" I say as she walks down the stairs
"Yes mattia?" She asks
"The masquerade ball is coming up this week and we need to go together" I tell her
"Alright I'll go buy a dress at the mall" she says
"Here" I say tossing her a stack of money
"No it's fine I'll ask my mom for money." She says placing the stack on the table
"Y/n just take the money." I say in a calm voice
She nods and takes the money.
"Do you want someone to go with you?" I ask her
"It doesn't matter" she says in a low voice
"Ok when are you planning on going?" I ask
"Maybe I'll get ready and go today" she says
"Ok then I'll see who's free" I say as she nods and give me a small smile.

I walk down to the basement where me and the boys hang out.
"Kairi go with y/n to the mall" I say
"WHAT? No" he says
"I didn't ask now go" I say
"Mattia I was trained to kill and torture not go shopping" he whines
"Well now you go shopping" i say annoyed
"Why can't you go with her?" He asks
"Because I have business to do" I say
"Ughhhh fine on one condition" he says
"What?" I say
"Ale is coming too" he says smiling in alejandros direction
"HELL NO, don't drag me into this" he says
"Ok fine both of you go with her" I say and give them a death glare before he can oppose
