Chapter 16

Y/n pov:
I was fixing my things to leave the hospital when the doctor came in.
"So do you know you are going to do?" He asks
"I don't really want to take the treatment doc" I say continuing what I was doing
"Why don't you talk to your family" he says
"All they are going to tell me is to take the treatment" I reply
"Well just call me on what ever you decide" he says
"Here take these so the headaches aren't as bad" he says hanging me a little pill bottle.
"Thanks doc" I say smiling and taking the pills

You might be wondering what we are talking about. What treatment? Well turns out I have a brain tumor. And apparently I've had for a while and it's gotten pretty big to the point where I can not have surgery. The only other option is chemo treatment but I don't want to do it. Not only is it a long process but it's painful and it's a lot of money, and to top that all off the doctor doesn't know if it will help 100 percent. So if I do decide to do chemo it might now even work.

No I have not told my mother or mattia only Kevin. I trust Kevin and he told me I should just like every other person.

My thoughts were Interrupted by mattia walking into the room. He has a straight face.
"You ready?" He asks
"I thought you said you weren't gonna pick me up" I say not looking at him
"Well I'm here so be grateful" he says a little annoyed
"Omg thanks the lord" I say sarcastically
He rolls his eyes.

We arrive at the house and he takes my bag inside. I walk in and I see ale and kairi in the living room.
"Hey boys" I say
"Sup" they say not looking away from the TV
I walk up to my room and I see mattia walk in.

"You know you can talk to me right" he says
"Yes I know" I say
"So you wanna talk?" He asks
"What about?" I ask worried that he knows
"I don't know you tell me?" He says
"Mattia just be straight up with me please" I say looking at him
"Why did you do it?" He asks
"I just felt so disgusted in myself" I confess
"So you decided oh hey let me just kill myself" he asks getting mad
"Mattia it's different with guys" I reply
"How is it different?" He shouts
"BECAUSE ITS IS YOU DONT KNOW WHAT ITS LIKE TO BE USELESS" I shout at him with rage
"Your not useless" he says in a calm voice
"Oh really I married you because I was too weak and useless to take over my dads mafia" I say
"And I was too weak to protect myself from being taken beat up and raped" I continue

He sits there not knowing what to say. He knew I was right he was trying to comfort me. But it is what it is (haha I didn't mean it like the tik tok is a serious tone) he looks at me in the eyes, I froze.
"Your not useless your not weak" he says smiling
He looks down at my lips and he starts to lean. Until we were interrupted but alejandro.

"Oh I'm sorry, Uh y/n avani is here" he says embarrassed
"Oh tell her to I'll be right down" I say standing up and walking out from the room.

Mattia pov:
I watch as y/n walks out the room and I look at ale
"Really?" I say
"That was my bad" he says smirking
"I thought you said it was just a deal" he continues
"It is but I'm not gonna be a dick to her" I say coldly
"Oh right but your gonna play her right" he says rolling his eyes
"I'm not playing her" I say defensively
"What ever you say dude" he says walking out the room.

I wasn't sure if I was honest with ale. It was a deal in the beginning. Now I'm not so sure, I didn't want to play her. But there was something about her that made me want to be a better person. No mattia stop you can't not with the life style I have. I can not go soft. Never.
