Monday was a nice day, Tomo loved it. The afternoon was always free from school, instead they could participate in great activities. And honestly, she absolutely loved their school's drama club - she was a very enthusiastic member, after all.

Her favorite lesson of the week was just over, and she left the room while grinning, it was always great.

She walked down the corridor and left the building, thinking back to Saturday. It hadn't been a very nice day. She didn't want to think about it, letting those negative thoughts occupy her mind, but she couldn't help it.

Looking down on the ground she sighed, soon snow would cover some of the grey stone, it was already November after all. She shivered a bit because it was cold, and because of those thoughts that refused to leave her mind and let her walk in peace.

Lost in thought she almost walked into a guy, but she was pretty relieved she didn't come closer than nearly stumbling against him.

She looked up, he seemingly hadn't noticed her yet, his back was turned towards her, and so she contemplated whether or not it was a good idea to apologize, she could just pretend it had never happened after all. But then she noticed that she knew the guy.

It was the boy from a few weeks ago, if she remembered it correctly. After all, there weren't a lot of guys in the school with this hair color and frame. And you usually don't forget the people you accidentally rant your very personal problems to.

Or at least she didn't.

"Sorry, Nicklas.", she exclaimed, after she had decided it was a good opportunity to socialize with an acquaintance. The boy turned around confusedly, "What?"

Yeah, he really hadn't noticed her. And if she had been anyone else, Tomo might've said something awkward, or apologized for apologizing, or simply would've said a simple 'never mind'. Which might've made things less uncomfortable or weird for Nicklas.

"I almost ran into you, and I just wanted to apologize."

Nick furrowed his eyebrows. Why again did she talk to him? He didn't mind her, but he had planned on going home, and the girl seemed to be pretty keen on having a conversation with him.

"Okay.", he answered, "Anything else?"

Tomo's smile almost lessened for a second, this guy was seriously impolite. And she thought that their last talk had been enough to make him more civil. Apparently not.

Thinking of the last time she had seen him, the boy was a good listener. Gave good advice. Didn't have the social range to spread gossip or secrets, didn't even care to do so. And an idea formed itself inside her head.

She needed someone to talk to, and he knew most of it anyway - so why not tell him? If she explained everything to someone else, there would be more people who knew about it, more people who could expose her friend.

"You don't happen to have a tiny bit of time, do you?", she wondered out aloud, her voice not as cheerful as usual. And Nicklas sighed.

"For what?"

Tomo smiled apologetically at the other. "Just wondering. . . Would you mind talking with me a bit?"

"Talking."

The girl's expression turned more serious, "I really need someone who can listen to me, and that's something you're pretty good at."

She would've added 'when you aren't behaving like an idiot', but she was trying to get him talk to her, and not insult him.
