April 24, Taehyung and Jeongguk sneak off campus and head to Busan, just as Taehyung promised.

    "What'd you tell Jimin?" Taehyung asks as he drives off campus.

    "I told him I wanted to stay home for a few days," Jeongguk says as he buckles his belt, a smile on his face. "What'd you tell your brother?"

    "Seokjin doesn't care if I disappear." Taehyung shrugs. "Nobody cares if I disappear."

    "That's not true. I'd care if you disappeared." Jeongguk checks his face in the compact mirror he always kept with him. "How's my face? Can you tell anything happened?"

Taehyung looks over at him, briefly examining him face before refocusing on the road. "No. You look fine."

    "Fine? Just fine?" Jeongguk pouts, looking over at him. "It took me hours to get my face like this and all I get is a 'fine'?"

    "Do you really need me to remind you that you look perfect?" Taehyung asks, he thought it was unnecessary considering Jeongguk always looked perfect to him.

    "Yes. It makes me feel better," He says, looking in the compact mirror again.

    "You look perfect, Jeongguk. You always look perfect."

Jeongguk laughs, looking out the window as Taehyung turns onto the highway. "I can't believe we're doing this. I've never been away from Jimin this long."

"Are you going to talk about Jimin this entire trip, Jeongguk?" Taehyung asks, Jimin comes up in every conversation they have.

"I know. I'm sorry." The brunette says with a sad smile. "I'm not going to bring him up anymore. This trip is about us and being together."

"We don't need to worry about anything or anybody else," Taehyung says, looking over briefly. "I love you, Jeongguk."

"You're saying is first now." Jeongguk smiles brightly. "I love you too."

Taehyung chuckles at him. "Let's make the most of our time in Busan, okay?"

"Yeah." The brunette smiles looking out the window. "It's going to be great."

When they first get to the beach house Taehyung finds the key holder before returning to the car to get Jeongguk and their things.

"I didn't know you were rich, Taehyung. Now I'm intimidated." Jeongguk says as he gets out of the car.

"Don't be. The people here just keep the house up while we're away. I've known them since I was a kid." Taehyung says reassuringly. "I'll do all the talking so you don't have to explain who you are."

Jeongguk nods and grabs his bag. "So, you come here every summer?"

"With my family, yeah," Taehyung says.

Once inside the house Jeongguk insists that they go to the shoreline and take photos.

    "Come on, Tae. Please, please, please~"

    "Fine. Fine." He laughs before leading the way. "You don't have to beg."

    "I can't believe we're doing this." Jeongguk smiles excitedly, hugging Taehyung's arm as they walk. "I'm so happy."

    "I'm happy too," He says. "This is our weekend, okay? We can do whatever we want this weekend."

    "Whatever we want," The brunette repeats, looking at him. "I love you."

Taehyung looks at him, a fond smile appearing on his lips. "I love you too."

Jeongguk stops, making Taehyung face him before closing the space between them in a gentle kiss.

Taehyung kiss him back, a smile tugging at his lips as they move against Jeongguk's.

    "Okay." The brunette says after breaking the kiss. "Let's go."

They spend most of the day on the beach, taking pictures and playing in the water.

Taehyung mostly just sits and takes pictures of Jeongguk, laughing at his cute poses and smiling whenever he's too engrossed with the ocean to notice him snapping the photos.

They go in after watching the sun set, they shower separately before joining each other on the patio.

    "This is nice." Jeongguk sighs, laying his head on Taehyung's shoulder and closing his eyes.

    "Why'd you put your day clothes back on, Jeongguk?" Taehyung asks, his eyes falling shut as well.

    "We should go to bed," Jeongguk says, opening his eyes.

Taehyung nods and they both stand to go inside.

Taehyung smiles softly when Jeongguk cuddles up against his side, a sigh leaving his lips as he lets sleep overcome him.

    "Promise?"

    "Yeah. I swear."

April 26th Taehyung swears not to tell anyone about his relationship with Jeongguk.

Jeongguk asked him to be his boyfriend and in the heat of the moment Taehyung said yes.

When they got back to Taehyung's apartment on campus the older is quickly brought back to reality.

    "But what about Jimin?" He asks, sitting down next to Jeongguk on the sofa. "How can we have a relationship if we're constantly hiding from him?"

    "Don't worry about him. We love each other, Taehyung. As long as we're together nothing else matters." Jeongguk says. "Okay?"

    "Okay." Taehyung pushes his doubts aside. "You should go before he gets suspicious."

    "You're right." Jeongguk stands. "I love you, okay? I'll see you at the library tomorrow."

    "Love you too." Taehyung smiles, it almost felt surreal to hear and say those words and know they were one hundred percent the truth.

Jeongguk grabs his bag, kissing Taehyung's forehead before leaving the apartment.

Taehyung sighs as silence settles in the one bedroom apartment. After spending so much time with Jeongguk, he almost felt lonely now that he was gone.

He decides to busy himself with cleaning the apartment and rearranging his bedroom.

He was nervous about his first relationship being in secret, but he trusted Jeongguk.

As long as they love each other, that's all that matters.
