Three months later.....

"Edwin no that goes in the donation pile" She said standing up. Edwin and Austin came over to help me pack my things. "The art room is all packed and ready" Austin said walking into Luna's now half empty room. Luna smiled and continued to help Edwin put old clothes into a box. "So have you spoken to Zion?" Austin said folding her clothes. Luna put her head down, avoiding eye contact. She cleared her throat, "he seems happy with her. I mean after what he texted me, he doesn't need to know about my whereabouts." Luna said standing up once again. Edwin and Austin looked at each other before giving Luna a disappointing look. She didn't like when people did that to her, it made her feel worthless. "Luna, you cant just pack your things and leave." Austin spoke up. Luna let out sigh before turning to face them. "Look, I know you both are looking out for him. I get that but Edwin we've been friends since we were in diapers. The least you two can do is support me and let me find my happiness. I'm finally getting better and if you haven't forgotten. He's the one who said I was ruining his life and that I shouldn't contact him anymore. I'm tired of you and everyone else telling me how to live my life. I nearly drowned to death, got my heart broken three times by the same guy, suffered from too many mental illnesses. He's moved on so why can't I?" She finished ranting. She thought back to that very moment where she knew she had lost Zion.

*flash back*
Three weeks after Zion and Luna had stopped talking. Zion thought long and hard, trying to figure out what was best. He had done his best to make plans with Mya, figuring out what was needed for the baby. How they could prepare for everything. Three weeks turned into a month, he thought things were Mya we're going great. He slowly began to feel for her but not as much as his feelings for Luna. Mya was now four months pregnant. While Zion and Mya were shopping for baby clothes, Zion had received a text from Luna. She asked if they could meet up and talk. He didn't know why but he immediately responded with an okay. He continued to shop with Mya, helping her in any way that he could. When they were done, Zion had dropped Mya off at her place and went to meet up with Luna. He was nervous about what was to come. He pulled up to the park near their house, he quickly spotted Luna sitting with Ollie. He watched as she laughed when Ollie would lick her face. "Hey" he spoke, catching her attention. She smiled and returned the greeting. He sat next to her, the silence fell upon them. Making the air awkward. She laughed a bit, "well to get rid of the awkwardness. I um asked you here because I want to start fresh with you. No dating just to rekindle our friendship, if that's what you want of course." She spoke, Zion wasn't expecting for her to be friends. He had hoped that they would get back together. But he knew whatever she wanted was the best. He gave her smile, "that would be great" he replied. She returned the smile and nodded her head. The two talked as if nothing happened. It was great until it wasn't. After that meet up, Zions feelings for Mya grew and his feelings for Luna were still there. He had spent more time with Mya, which was fine. Considering they were soon to be parents. One day, Zion had stayed the night at Mya's. He told the boys that he was going to ask Mya to be his girlfriend. She had said yes but no one had informed Luna. Who was dealing with severe anxiety and panic attacks. Luna had the worse attack while walking Ollie. Even Ollie couldn't stop her, it was too bad. When she had finally calmed down. She began to call her friends who didn't answer. So she texted the one person who would. But in return she had received a very heart breaking text.
"Listen Luna, I don't think you should be calling or texting me anymore. You caused me a lot of pain and I don't need that from you anymore. I don't have any love for you. I'm finally happy, happy without you. I have a beautiful girlfriend who is carrying my child. So respect my wishes. So just leave me alone. I'm starting my own family now. I can't have someone who ruined my life be near me nor my new family. So do yourself a favor and leave me the hell alone."
That broke her heart. So she did what she was told. She deleted and blocked his number along with his social media's. Since that very day, she made sure she was out of his life. But what she didn't know is that Mya had been the one who texted her that day the proceeded to delete those texts. Mya acted as if she had done nothing. Zion always wondered why Luna cut ties with him. He asked the boys but they never acknowledge his question. They would obviously change the subject or act as if they didn't hear his question. They knew what Luna had told them. But never said anything because she told them it was done and over with. The drama didn't need to be dragged on. Especially since they were in the same band and 4/5 of them lived together.

The boys hung their heads low, feeling guilty of trying to tell Luna what to do. They knew deep down that she was right. She always is. "I'm sorry, I just don't want to you to leave" Edwin said walking over to her. She gave him a small smile, "I'm sorry too, I just want you to stay." Austin added. "Come here" she said opening her arms for them. They held each other as if it was their last time being together. The trio heard footsteps coming from down the hall. Soon Kyra appeared smiling, "think y'all could have a group hug without me?" She said smiling at them. Edwin and Luna moved away from each other, creating room for Kyra to join their little moment. "Well shit, who knew I could cry" Kyra said making the group laugh. The pulled away from each other, trying to wipe the few tears that escaped. "The only room left is this one." Kyra stated. Luna and the boys nodded their heads. One by one, the group had done their best to pack things away. Kyra, of course played music as everyone occasionally danced or sung along with song that played. "How long are you leaving for?" Kyra asked Luna as she taped the last box. "I think the job is for a few years or so. It's really up to me though." Luna replied. Recently, Luna had applied for the head leading job at a big museum in New York. Surprisingly she had gotten the job. Her friends were happy for her but soon sad due to the fact that she had leave sunny Los Angeles. It had always been a dream to work in the art field for Luna. Everyone knew that, so as the great friend they are. They each made sure she had to take the job. If it made her happy then so be it. "As long as you don't lose contact with any of us. I'm fine with it" Austin replied. Edwin and Kyra both nodded their heads in agreement. "Okay enough of this sappy shit, I'm starving" Edwin spoke up. Each laughed but realized they were hungry as well. "Y'all down for Chick-fil-a?" Kyra asked looking at her friends. Luna grinned, "um yess! Lets go!" She said grabbing her phone. Edwin looked at Austin, "she gon make one of us drive" he said. Austin nodded his head, "yea—" he was cut off by Kyra yelling. "Edwin is driving!" The boys laughed and shook their heads walking out of the room. Everyone got into Luna's truck as Edwin drove to the nearest chick-fil-a. The drive consisted of everyone laughing and singing. There was never a dull moment within the group.
