"No Kai, that's mine!!" I heard Jade yell from down the hall. I looked up at the clock that was beside the bed. "Guys come on, mommy is sleeping. Inside voices or I'll be taking those phones away from y'all" I heard being said outside the bedroom door. It was quiet for a bit, but that didn't last that very long. "y'all betta not!" I hear him yell. That got the kids to be quiet down. I laughed to myself and waited for one of them to come walk into the room. And as on cue, my door opened and there stood my fiance. "Mornin' baby" I heard him say as he crawled into bed with me. I smiled and wrapped my arms around him. "Mornin' Zion" I said while I stretched across the bed. "kids are ready and we are just waiting for you ma" he said kissing my cheek. "do I have to get out of bed?" I whined, I heard him laugh. "baby come on, it's the last performance I have with the boys" he said. Yep you heard that right. Prettymuch is finally ending, they have been a band for almost 11 years now. Sure they had did some solo projects while still being in a band. But now the guys have/are starting their own families. Brandon met a nice girl a few years ago and now they have a beautiful twins. Edwin got married and now has a family. Nick did the same but he's going through a nasty divorce. I never liked that girl anyways, Nick deserved better than her, She wanted the money and the fame. That is until he finally saw her true self. She's pregnant though, so all we can do is support Nick through that and hope for the best. Austin met a girl, Ansley, they got married and now they are expecting their first child. And then their is Zion, my fiance, we have been together for almost three and a half years now. We have a kid together, his name is Kai. And of course we have our beautiful girl, Jade. Who can be a handful since she's 8 years old now. Kai is now a toddler, hes going to turn 4 in a couple months.
Today is the day the boys perform at the kid's choice award, which is great. I can't explain how proud I am of them. Not only did we get an album but we got two. They had even went on tour by themselves and they opened for a few other artists. I looked up at my fiance and couldn't help but feel happy being with him. I always knew that I would end up with him in the end. Zion and I are endgame. We always have been since we were 18. I can't even describe how happy I have been since he came into my gallery four years ago. It's crazy that Zion finally grew the balls to ask me to marry him. I begin to kiss all over his face, causing him to laugh. His laugh will always be music to my ears, his laugh could bring smiles to other peoples faces. I finally stopped and looked at him. Analyzing his features, trying to burn his looks into my memory. "why are you looking at me like that?" he asked me, I smiled at him. "I'm just lucky to have you in my life. You make me happy Kuwonu." I answered him. I swear I made him blush, he was smiling like crazy. "girl, you got me cheesing hard. Got a man blushing and shit" he said making me laugh. I got out of bed and went to the closet. I heard him groan, "come back and cuddle me baby" he said. "didn't you say I had to get ready?" I teased him, which made him groan and whine. I laughed and grabbed my clothes before walking over to the bathroom to shower and get ready.
When I was done, I walked down to the livingroom. Seeing my family helping each other get ready. "dad let me help you. you look like a fool" Jade said to Zion, I swear he looked hurt when she said that to him. I watched as she helped fixed his collar on his shirt. "I know you ain't talking to me lil girl" he said to her. Making her roll her eyes, "attitude ain't cute dad" she said making me laugh. Zion looked up at me annoyed, "she got that big ass attitude from you" he said pointing at me. "I have no idea what you are talking about" I replied walking over to Kai who was playing his toys. I picked him up and gave him a kiss. "look at my handsome boy" I said to Kai who was smiling. "Jade, honey, you look beautiful as always" I said looking at the cute dress Jade had picked out. I heard Zion clear his throat, making me look over at him. "what about me?" he asked. "what about you?" I teased, he scoffed and looked away. "I'm kidding baby" I said putting Kai down. I walked over to Zion and grabbed his chin. "you Caleb, look hot" I said to him before giving him a kiss. "I love you Luna" he said holding my waist. "and I love you Caleb" I replied. I really do love this kid, he makes me the happiest. This is who I am going to spend the rest of my life with. He is the one, he's my soulmate.
