Distant Memories

        " How about we do it in the living room?" Said Himari nervously. Kaito sits on the couch and stretches." Your place is very comfortable." Said Kaito." Himari pulls out her journal and pencil." Okay so...the body..where should we start..." Himari then got an Idea and pulled out her phone and she went to google. Kaito just stared at her. He realized she was looking up the answers for the body and he quickly took her phone away." Okay...let's not do that. I'll teach you. Starting from the lower part of the body." Said Kaito. Himari makes a shock look on her face and moves his pencil to the top part of the body." Um let's do this first. Like the head."
        After two hours on working on the body Himari fell asleep and Kaito was finishing up the last part of the body the foot." Don-" He saw Himari sleeping and stared at her. He smiled and decided to leave.
TUESDAY:
Himari went to school tired. Her friends were there and she went to them." Hey guys..." Said Himari with a soar throat. Katana smiles awkwardly," Sorry we weren't here yesterday." Himari rubs her tired eyes," Nah it's alright...that days gone."." Hm..I heard that we have a project to do with partners...since we weren't here yesterday..who did you partner up with, Himari?" Said Julith. Kaito pops up behind Himari and was holding onto her shoulders. Himari got scared." Hey partner!" Said Kaito. Julith and Katana stared at Himari and her face turned red." These are your friends?" Said Kaito still holding on to her shoulder. Himari makes a embarrassed look on her face and slowly moves his hands away and said," Um yea...this here is Katana and the other girl is Julith." Kaito smiles." That's cool."
During lunch Himari was eating her food with her friends and Kaito decided to sit next to Himari." Um.." Said Katana. Himari, Katana, and Julith just stared at Kaito. He looked at them and said," What?". Katana sighs and continued to eat her food," Never mind." Himari started to get annoyed but didn't show it.
After school Himari was walking home until Kaito saw her and quickly catches up with her." Hey." Said Kaito. Himari had enough and pushed him back." Okay stop..!" Said Himari. Kaito was confused." Why do you keep following me..!" Said Himari.

Kaito: "Because were friends?"
Himari: "W..what..?"*Gets even more frustrated*" When did I ever called you my friend..!
Kaito: *Stands still and didn't say a word*
Himari: "Can you just leave me alone.." *Looks at the ground*
Kaito: "If...If that's what you want then...alright."

Himari looked back at Kaito and he didn't smile. His hair was covering his eyes and Himari then slowly turned around and continued walking home. When she got back home her mother was napping on the couch and the tv was on. Himari sighs and turns off the tv. Himari goes to her room and lays on her bed until a notification pops up for her school. She looks at it and reads it," Hello students! We will be having a winter dance! It will be on Friday, make sure you bring someone to dance with!" She rolls her eyes and closes her eyes." No one is ever gonna ask me out. Every boy is taken.." Said Himari as she slowly falls asleep.
WEDNESDAY:
Himari was with her friends during recess and she noticed Kaito wasn't around." Oh my gosh you guys! There's a winter dance! I'm so excited..who do you think will ask me out..?!" Said Katana. Julith laughed and said," of course Damien..he's been starring at you when you're focused on something." Katana looks at Himari and she was looking somewhere else." Oh..Himari are you okay?" Said Katana. Himari quickly looked at Katana." Oh uh yea! I'm..Im excited about the winter dance..haha.." Said Himari. Two boys were walking to Julith and Katana and Himari noticed." Hey Julith." Said one of the boys with a cute smile. Himari slowly steps aside and the two boys were talking to Julith and Katana. Himari sighs.
        During math class, it was a 15 minute free time and Julith said," I can't believe Damien asked you out Katana..!" Said Julith." And I cant believe Joshua asked you!" They both laughed and giggled. Himari stared at them and awkwardly laughs too. Kaito was with his friends and he looked over at Himari. He smiled.
