It's one more day before the four boys get there in San Diego. Christi hasn't told them that her mom refused for her to go. Christi tried asking her mom multiple times, but she kept on saying no. She decided on asking one more time. She was anxious, cause the more she asked, the more her mom seemed more pissed at her, Christi was risking something. She knew she was risking some thing, she just didn't know what she could be risking. It was 9 pm at night, her mom was in her room getting dressed. She knocked the door and took a deep breath, not knowing on what was gonna happen next, there is no going back now.

"Hey mom.." Christi walked into her mom's room. Her mom was sober for once, she told Christi that she was going on some date with some guy she matched with on those dating apps. Her mom rolled her eyes as Christi walked in.

"What do you need this time?" Her mom asked, as she went through her closet to figure out what she should wear for her date.
"I wanna ask again.. but can I please-"

"Christi, I keep on saying no! And yes, I was drunk a few times but my answer with forever be no! Christi. How many times do I have to tell you? It's been a week!" Her mom complained.
"But mom! They are my friends! And they are here in San Diego, for me!" Christi complained. She wouldn't take no for an answer at this point.

"I said no Christi. No means no!" Her mom stared to raise her voice.
"Mom-"
"I don't wanna hear you explain your bullshit plan followed by your bullshit reason on why I should let you go!" Her mom yelled.

"I'm not going down easily mom. These are guys I fucking care about, people who actually cared for me, unlike you! You've never provided me since i was thirteen! This 'bullshit' is something I care about, and this 'bullshit' reason, is to get away for you for a while. To not deal with you ass for a week, a break from you abusing my ducking ass!" Christi yelled back.

"Fuck you, Christi. How many times I've told you little ass not to swear at me! Jesus Christ, Christi, when are you gonna learn?!" Her mom yelled. Christi went silent. Her mom then spoke up.

"Fine. You can go run to these stupid friends." Her mom frustratingly said.
"What's the catch?" Christi crossed her arms, knowing her mom was gonna add something on.

"That you never return home." Her mom said. Christi's eyes widen.
"Are you-"
"Kicking you out? Sure, if you run to these friends of yours from New Jersey. These boys you are probably hoeing around with! I am ashamed to call you my daughter! I shouldn't have kept you!" Her mom yelled cutting Christi out. Christi was speechless.

"Go ahead, use tonight to pack whatever you want. Leave for tomorrow, run off with these mother fuckers, I don't wanna wake up and see your fucking face. If you stay, okay fine. But if you leave, never, and I mean it. Never come back." Her mom explained. Christi worst nightmare has came true. She didn't know how to act.

"Mom.. you don't know what your saying, your probably drunk-"
"Do I look drunk to you? I'm giving you a choice. I'll know your answer tomorrow morning." Her mom pushed Christi outside. Christi immediately rolled her mom's hands off of her and escorted herself outside.

Tears running immediately from her eyes. She grabbed her suitcase and started packing. She wasn't thinking straight, all she wanted to do was see her boyfriend, and the three other people who managed to understand her. She needed them, more than ever. Christi didn't want to leave her mom, but at this point, she had too. This was her saving herself from future pain, giving herself a second chance to find happiness. She got all the luggage's she could get a hold on. She managed to find two huge luggages and a few small ones.

She started grabbing all her clothes, picking out her favorites and the ones she was most comfortable in. She could always go shopping next time. She then grabbed some her favorite pairs of shoes and place them in plastic bags, and placing them in the luggage. She then grabbed her laptop, and other electronics she had, and put them in her back pack. She then took some of her decorations she wanted to keep and placed them in the other luggages. She grabbed her tapestry, fairy lights, she wanted to bring her LED lights, but the adhesive would become less effective when she'll take them off and try to put them up again in Alejandro's house, so she decided on leaving them, she then went in her bathroom and grabbed all of her stuff from there, her makeup, skincare products, hair dryer, flat iron, curling iron, whatever she had in there. She grabbed anything else that was important to her, even a picture of her family, all completed, with her dad, mom, and of course, Christi. She had a photo book with a lot of her middle school, high school, and family memories, and wanted to bring it.
