Chapter 64

It's been a few weeks since Christi's birthday, and she started to realized Alejandro's usual behavior, including Chayse. At first, she ignored it, but she started to get a bit curious. She didn't know how to act, and Alejandro and Chayse's behavior towards each other were different than before. Well, Chayse has always been clingy with Alejandro in her opinion, and Alejandro seemed to just ignore it and put her attention on Christi. But lately, She noticed how Chayse was more, touchy, and Alejandro payed more close attention.

She also realized that when ever one was gone, the other was also unreachable. She even refuse to think they would do such thing behind her back. So she decided to try her best to ignore it, but when she felt like she need to released all the weight, she went straight to Kairi.

"Kai.." Christi asked as she plopped down on Kairi's bed, her face facing down into the sheets.
"Yeah?" Kairi asked, he then faced Christi.

"Ale, and Chayse seems to be acting weird, only started to notice shortly after my birthday but I don't know.. I refuse to believe they're doing something behind my back." Christi sighed as she rolled over to face the ceiling.

"What makes you think that?" Kairi asked as he leaned back on the chair he was sitting on.

"They are.. I guess they are acting strange, I don't know really, especially when Ale goes out alone and when I contact Chayse she's unavailable, and vice versa." Christi sighed.

"You don't think he is-"
"Don't finish that.. please.. I want to believe it if I see it." Christi cut of Kairi as she sat up.

"But Christi, you have to consider the possibilities." Kairi got up, he went to sit next to Christi on his bed.

"I- I just don't know.." Christi rested her head on the wall, facing the wall. She was so confused how she was feeling, and it was too much for her.

"Have you tried.. I don't know.. snooping around??" Kairi asked in a unsure tone.
"You're kidding, right?" Christi asked as she looked over at Kairi, her eyes widen.

"Come on, you won't know for sure until you see it for yourself right?" Kairi repeated her words,
"But- that's a complete invasion of privacy towards Alejandro." Christi was unsure of the plan Kairi was thinking of.

"One day of snooping and that's it.. if you want me to I can even sneak into his phone and screenshot messages." Kairi added.

"You're crazy." Christi mentioned.

"And you're crazy for not considering the fact that your own boyfriend is cheating on you!" Kairi raised his voice, Christi was in shock by Kairi. He has never raised his voice at her like this, she began to look terrified.

"I told you not to-" Christi then cut herself off, tearing up, she never wanted to hear the word. Let alone the group of words like: "Alejandro is cheating on you". She just couldn't bear it.

"I- Chris-"
"No.. sorry, I can't.. I'll crash at Mattia's maybe." Christi stood up.

"You know that won't end up well." Kairi pointed out.
".. fair point." Christi pouted as she walked back into his room, sitting on the chair and not facing his direction.

"By the way, Ale's mom is worried sick for you, she said you haven't came home once this past week.. I had to tell her that you just didn't feel like going home and you crashed in with me for a while." Kairi mentioned. Hid words gave Christi a slight wake up call, she then finally checked her phone and remained the amount of missed calls she got from her.

"I'll give her a call when I can.." Christi sighed as she out down her phone. Shorty after the silence that filled the room, Kairi's phone started ringing. It appeared to be Alejandro.

"My mom told me that Christi was was you.. if she still is can I please talk to her?" Alejandro pleaded through the phone the moment Kairi answered, not giving him the chance to even greet.

Kairi looked over at Christi. She nodded her head and got the phone from Kairi.

"Ale?" Christi said.
"Christi, thank God! My mom and I were worried sick and Nano is starting to miss you! You haven't came home once this past week and we're all worried." Alejandro started ranting. Christi sta there silent.

"I-I just need some thinking time and Kairi offered me to stay for a while, my phone was barely on this past week and I just needed time to just concentrate." Christi explained.

"You're doing it again.." Alejandro mentioned.
"D-Doing what? What do you mean." Christi grew confused.

"You tend to, in a way, stutter before a sentence, then give two different groups of words with teh same exact meaning.. What's wrong?" Alejandro mentioned.

"What- uhm, anyways, sorry Ale, but nothing seems wrong to me right now. Like I said, I need some time to just think.. okay.. I'll be home soon before you know it, just give me more time." Christi explained.

"Just make sure you return safetly!! I'll hate to see you hurt in any form!!" A familiar voice yelled from afar in the phone.

"Sorry, Chayse was also worried, she hasn't heard from you either, she kept convincing us to go to the police and everything because we really though you went missing." Alejandro explained.

"Chayse..? Oh, okay. Well, I guess talk to you sooner or later." Christi mumbled.
"Mkay then!" Alejandro gave a positive tone. Christi then ended the call.

She gave Kairi's phone back, with her head tilted down. Kairi slightly smirked as he knew what was bound to happen.

"Let's get this snooping shit done with.." She said, she still didn't want to do it but at this point, after today, she was desperate to know.

Uhm.. hi guys! long time no see, I made this like under a few hours before entering a online class. I'm so sorry for the super long wait and this kinda short chapter.. but I'm deciding to wrap up the story soon and fulfill your guys wishes a
then do school.. then work on future projects if i have any plans then.. also I'm planning to change the theme and stuff.. still tryna get use to androids, but I'll be fine.
