Chapter 53

Christi's alarm for them to wake up for school went off and the two groaned as the woke up. Alejandro kisses Christi on the cheek then left Christi's room so he could get ready. Christi then stretched and slowly got out of bed. She hopped into the shower and did her hair. She decided to wear one of Alejandro's hoodies, and chose the blue Sway LA one, and she pulled on a pair of ripped jeans. She then slipped on her checkered vans and walked out of her room. She got to eat breakfast shorty before Alejandro walked out.

"Ooo homecoming week! Have you found a dress yet?" Adriana looked over to Christi, who was peacefully eating the prepared food.
"No, I haven't, but I was hoping to find either a nice red dress, or maybe a royal blue.. I'm honestly not sure." Christi responded.

"You should go and find options, homecoming's already this week." Adriana felt like Christi was gonna loose time.
"The girls are gonna help me and Chayse out, they already figured out what they wanted to wear." Christi mentioned.
"Has Alejandro asked you yet?" Adriana asked.

"No, in fact, he hasn't." Christi looked over to Alejandro. Alejandro's eyes widen and he continued to stuff his face so he couldn't respond.
"Gonna wait until a minute before?" Christi crosses her arms. Alejandro just shrugged his shoulders.

"Whatever." Christi laughed as she playfully rolled her eyes. She understood why Alejandro hasn't asked her yet. She thought he either forgot about it, or that he was still planning on the 'perfect' way to ask a girl out to homecoming, a girl who has barely been to school dances.

Christi finished up and placed her dishes in the sink. She then proceeded to the bathroom in her room and brushed her teeth. she then grabbed her phone which was still plugged in. She went through her notifications and then got a call from Uriel. She answered.

"Hey!" Christi smiled.
"Hey, uhm Christi, what's you expect Alvaro, Becca, Aliz, and I to do while you guys are at class." Uriel asked.
"You guys figure it out.. why are you asking me." Christi laughed.

"Because te others are still asleep.. maybe Aliz is awake, but I need some ideas from you!" Uriel insisted.
"Uhm.. I don't know, go indoor ice skating, show Becca and Aliz what you could do, get some practice done." Christi suggested.

"Anything else?" Uriel asked one last time.
"Uhm.. I don't know, shopping, head to the park that we always go to.. I don't know." Christi tried to think of other activities.
"Okay then.. I'll have them choose then." Uriel said, the two then said bye to each other and Uriel ended the call. Christi then got her stuff together and then left her room to find Alejandro leaning on the wall on his phone.

"Posting on your spam account?" Christi figured as she caught Alejandro's attention.
"As always." Alejandro smiled as he posted something and put away his phone.
"I figured." Christi laughed quietly.
"Let's get going." Alejandro smiled. The two made their way out and the group decided to head to school on their own with Alejandro's car. They been doing it for the past few weeks.

"Just a heads up.. don't work too hard on this 'asking me out to homecoming' thing, it's already homecoming week and you still haven't asked me." Christi decided to mention as she laughed. Alejandro started the car.
"Watch me, I'm gonna make it special. It's basically your first school dance.. with a date especially." Alejandro mentioned, he then backed up the car and started making their way to school.

The ride half way was silent, because Alejandro was focused on driving, he had his music playing, while Christi was on her phone doing her own little thing, scrolling through instagram and doing streaks on snapchat with Kairi or Uriel. Christi then turned her phone off and paused Alejandro's music.

"The fact that I know you're gonna ask me, and that I know you're gonna take me, but you're ass wants to make my Senior year special." Christi mentioned, followed by a laugh.
"Whatever, it's finally a year without your mom, you have me and the boys, I guess you got Chayse-"
