A/N: This will not be a love story because Teba is married lol. Also the reader is a Rito. :)
(Y/N POV)
The Rito village was abuzz with activity as the winter season drew to a close. Children were off playing with their friends in the last few piles of snow. I was taking a walk and admiring the last of the snow myself. While I was wandering around, I took notice of a certain white feathered Rito. He was chatting with the shop owner about the rise in monsters just outside the village."Yeah, it was a huge Lizalfos! I flew faster than ever to shake him," said the shop owner.
Teba remained quiet, probably debating if he should chase down the monster himself. Most likely he was going to say yes, but before he could say anything, I made my way into the conversation.
"Hello sir, Teba, I happened to overhear about a Lizalfos?" I chimed in. I was always one for helping others.
"Ah if it isn't Y/N! Yes, I was visiting the stable to trade with other merchants when a hoard of Lizalfos showed up! I had never seen so many! And the soldiers guarding the stable were quickly outnumbered," he quickly explained.
"Well, sounds to me you'll be needing my help and I'm sure Teba here wouldn't mind my help either, right Teba?"
*sigh* "You know me well Y/N," he replied.
I grinned at Teba knowing that this mission wouldn't be difficult for us, not one bit.
(Teba's POV)
I was glad Y/N decided to tag along, it's been awhile since we both went out on a mission together. He/She is usually busy with solo missions and training new recruits. It felt just like yesterday we were celebrating our success in becoming warriors of the Rito tribe. It's crazy how much time has passed and to see Y/N and myself grown up now.
We made way down to the stable to talk with the guards. They said that the gang of Lizalfos had retreated back to their camp with a few stolen items. It was nightfall so this was the perfect time to retrieve the items. Stealth can be a deadly weapon.
Y/N and I took to the skies to seek out the camp the guards told us about and we found it quickly due to the campfire smoke. We landed on a nearby cliff, just above the camp to make a plan.
"Alright, I say we sneak down and take the items, recon style," Y/N whispered.
"That doesn't sound like the Y/N I know, the Y/N I know would say we straight up ambush them," I replied.
"Well I've grown up and learned to be patient, and that we don't always need to fight," he/she said with wisdom-like demeanor.
I was shocked to hear that. In all my years, I never would have imagined Y/N being like this. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but seeing how in the past he/she used to be very eager to fight. Now it's almost like he's/she's a new person.
I was pulled away from my thoughts when I noticed Y/N moving closer to the camp. We stealthily made our way down and landed. Once there, we found a three bags full of stolen items. I grabbed two and Y/N grabbed the last one. We quickly flew up, but then I noticed Y/N heading towards the cliff we were once at. He/she landed and dropped the bag. I landed next to him/her and gave her a questioning look. He/She held up a feathered-finger and pointed to a barrel by the camp, it was a red barrel, indicating it was an explosive one. He/she had a grin on his/her face, as he/she pulled out his/her bow and fire arrows.
"There's the Y/N I know," I whispered.
He/she fired one shot and the barrel exploded along with the rest. Screams of agony rang throughout the night.

(Y/N POV)
We returned the stolen items to the stable and returned to the village. Dawn was now approaching and we needed rest. I bid Teba goodnight and retired to my hut for some much needed sleep.
...
When I awoke, it was to the sound of giggling. I opened one eye to see a white feathered Rito. I sat up and picked up the child and brought him into a tight squeeze.
"Uncle/Aunt Y/N! That's too tight!"
"Sorry squirt, didn't mean to hurt ya," I said with a grin and quickly loosen my grip.
Tulin giggled at me and squirmed out of my grip. I stood up and stretched my feathers, being a warrior and teacher is very tiring.
"Uncle/Aunt Y/N? Can I shoot an arrow?"
"Whoa, hold up Tulin. Your father is going to be the one who sees to your training, and I'm sure he wants to be the one seeing you shoot your first arrow."
"Awww but I want to shoot now," he whined.
"No buts, no cuts, no coconuts," I said with a smile.
Tulin made a pouty face and crossed his arms with a little huff. I chuckled at his reaction. He was too darn cute sometimes. (Uh yeah because he's a precious bean)
I grabbed my bow and slung it over my shoulders. I ushered Tulin outside, to find Teba right there waiting.
"Morning you old geezer, found your little one in my hut. He's eager to do some archery, maybe you ought to get him out there?" I said motioning to the Flight Range.
"Read my mind, I was planning on doing that today," he replied.
Tulin bounced up and down after hearing Teba say that.
(Another time skip brought to you by Link reading Revali's diary and running away when Revali caught him.)
"Alright Tulin, just line it up like that...ok now shoot!"
Tulin released the arrow and had hit a bullseye. I yelped with joy at Tulin's success! It was his first arrow too which had made the occasion more joyous! Teba smiled with pride at his son's success. He then handed him a small stack of arrows and told him to continue practicing.
...
Tulin kept practicing until the sun had began to set, Teba's wife had called us back to the hut for dinner. Once finished I decided to go and sit on the roof. Teba joined me shortly after, we talked about the many adventures we had and shared the memories of old. Nostalgia was truly a great gift I received that day.
A/N:
