Lauren snuggled in Oscar hold wakes softly and smiles at him relaxed, rubs his shoulders and sees him relax in my rub. "Good Morning Handsome!"
Oscar smiles and kisses me, "Good morning beautiful."
Lauren smiles and keeps rubbing, "I want to take the boys to the cabin after our appointment." Goes to change and looks at mirror smiles wearing skirt and blouse, "Oscar come look the baby finally decided that it was time to grow little."
Oscar comes in with Logan and smiles at my belly and Cesar takes picture of Logan and Oscar kissing my belly.
Lauren looks at Cesar, "I was telling Oscar that I want to take the three of you to the cabin this weekend. So, you can see where I went in the summers."
Cesar nods, "Logan and I will be ready when you two get back."
In waiting room and gets called back and smiles at the nurse, "How are you doing Maggie?"
Maggie smiles, "I am good Lauren thank you for asking. Have you had any changes or any concerns?"
Lauren shakes head holding Oscar hand as sits on bed, "The only change is that he or she popped out today, you can now officially see my belly. I am getting car sick but not as bad as before. I been getting back pains, but we took your advice and got the pillow. I no longer carry Logan or Amber unless Oscar or Cesar help me get them."
Lauren POV
Gets my blouse up to my bra as the doctor gets ultrasound machine ready.
Dr. Maldonado smiles and looks at machine, "He or she has a strong heartbeat, and as you see they are waving right at you. Would you guys like to know gender?"
Nods holding Oscar hand as we watch and smiles. Dr. Maldonado looks at us and smiles, "Lauren you are no longer going to be the only girl of the house, in 4 months you will have a little girl. Now I will go print copies and then we need to have talk."

Cleans my belly and we meet him in his office and looks at file in front of us. "Dr. Maldonado what is going on?"
Dr. Maldonado looks at us, "The baby is good, its you I am worried about Lauren. Your blood pressure is high, and your hands and feet are swollen. I am officially putting you on high risk bed rest. Oscar I am going to give you papers for FMLA, and I know your boss and know that he is good about paying. We are going to give you baby safe nausea medicine. Every week I want you to come in for us to monitor your blood pressure."
Looks at him and rubs my belly, "Whatever we can do for our little girl to be okay."
Oscar nods and rubs my back, "Thank you Doc for being here for us through the pregnancy, I will make sure she listens. We are going up to a cabin this weekend, would she be okay?"
Dr. Maldonado nods, "She will be okay as long as doesn't overdo it."
Oscar helps me in car and I take a pill to help with car sickness. I look at him and kisses his hand, "Apparently this weekend will be our last vacation until babygirl is here."
