While riding his bike through his town in Seattle, Dylan wondered what would await him tomorrow on his first day back to school. Of course, his friends would always be eager to be around him, but he was curious if they had changed through the summer vacations

Crossing the busy street he had been, he finally parked his bike and went inside the grocery store. His mom had sent a whole list of shopping that she needed for the next weekend's family reunion and today's dinner

Picking out tomatoes, lettuce, onions, potatoes, and more kinds of vegetables, Dylan put the stuff on the counter for it to be checked out. He tapped his foot to the rhythm of the music he was hearing on his earphones and looked out the window

He noticed the not-so-full diner across the street. He always passed by that diner, but his parents weren't too fond of eating at restaurants or any kind of street food, but any time he went out to eat with his friends, it was like tasting heaven

Dylan finished paying and grabbed his bags. He went and hopped on his bike and started going back to his house

Passing by the diner, he noticed a girl drinking a milkshake, and painting on a pad. He then suddenly jumped when he saw she had dropped her milkshake on her drawing, the girl just freaking out

He laughed slightly and continued going back to his house, thinking about the girl all the way

Violet had slightly cursed under her breath when the milkshake had poured all over her drawings. She immediately pulled out her drawing pad and held it in the air

"Another accident?" An old worker there Violet had considered family said coming up to her

"Another one. This is a sign, tomorrow is not going to be a good day" Violet stated

"Tomorrow is going to be just fine. It's school, there's nothing bad about that" the old woman laughed helping Violet clean up

"Want me to bring you a soda? I bet you don't want another milkshake" the old woman offered

"Yes please, and make it my last one. I have to go home to help my mother with dinner" Violet replied

"Sure thing," the old woman said and walked away

Violet was pretty sure this was a sign. Three milkshake accidents in one day, on the last day of summer vacation. Although the workers there she had known since she was little said it was gonna be fine, Violet had a feeling deep down in her that said otherwise

After finishing her soda, she left twenty dollars on her table and picked up her stuff to go help her mother with dinner

Saying goodbye to the workers, she grabbed her bike and went home
