Violet rushed into the diner, early in the morning, when it was recently opening its doors. She was going to stay there all day long

Some weeks had passed since the day she first saw this mysterious boy and now it was more often than ever. Of course, he wouldn't spend the whole day in the diner, as she would do.

Her mother had asked why was she so desperate on going to the diner at such an early hour, Violet just responded with an "It's confidential" and rushed out the door

She had all she needed, sketchbooks, canvases, paint, basically just art supplies to survive the day. Who could judge her? After all, she was an artsy soul

It was already early evening and Violet could've taken a nap, twice, actually, four times! She was bored out of her mind and thought about surrendering, leaving soon, and trying another day. She then realized her mother must be worried, so she picked up her things, paid the bill plus the tip, zipped up her winter jacket, and jogged down the hall

Just as she opened the door, she tripped with someone, but because she was in a little hurry, she just yelled a 'Sorry!' and didn't look back

She didn't notice some of her drawings had slipped out and had been left in the diner when she tripped

She also didn't notice that the person she tripped with was the one she was waiting for all along

Dylan was occupied the whole day on family day, that he had forgotten about the diner girl. Everything from planting new flowers in the backyard, tidying up and redecorating his room and the guest room, cooking new recipes, and all that family stuff

When it was early evening, he was so tired of playing video games that he decided to go get fresh air, to the diner to be exact. He pulled on his winter jacket, his winter boots, and went to ride his bike downtown.

After a few blocks, he finally reached the diner and hopped off of his bike. He walked up to the front door and opened it, but as soon as he did so, this girl, the girl, had tripped with him and dropped a few things

"Sorry!" Was all he heard before she rode off to who knows where

He entered to get some warmth and almost stepped on some papers. He crouched down to see them and noticed some pretty good drawings. He picked them up and went through them. When he reached the last drawing, he could've sworn he was hallucinating, but this girl had painted him looking out the diner's window

He couldn't stop it, but his heart was glowing with warmth and love the more she thought about her

And he wasn't going to
