Annie ended up spending the night in the bathroom that night. She had gotten her blanket and pillow from the living room and slept on the bathroom floor.
The boys didn't bother to knock or even use the bathroom, Annie didn't know what they were doing about using the bathroom. And frankly she didn't want to know.
When she woke up the next morning, she checked her phone and realized it was super early. Around four in the morning. She got off the floor and stretched. She was soooo sore, she hadn't slept on the floor in a long time. When she walked out of the bathroom she went to the coffee machine and started making some coffee. She heard a door creak and saw Asher walking out of his room. She wanted to go right back in the bathroom, but she wanted her coffee. So she decided she would just ignore him.
He walked to the kitchen and grabbed a mug and then grabbed a box of something out of one of the drawers. It was tea.
"Can't sleep?" Annie asked without thinking. She kicked herself as soon as the words escaped her mouth. Asher looked at her with a sleepy glare.
"Insomnia." He said very very shortly. Almost too low and quick to here. Annie had insomnia too, but she wasn't going to admit it. She left it at that and didn't say anything more to him. She wasn't going to be nice to him just because his parents were dead.. He had no excuse for the way he was treating her....
Asher made his cup of camomile tea, and went back into his room. She almost felt a little sorry for him, but she quickly pushed him out of her mind.
She sat down with her cup of coffee and checked her phone. A mass text was sent out saying students could leave their dorms. When she saw that she felt a boost of energy. She decided she would get dressed and then make some food for everyone. But she wouldn't admit she made it. She would just make it, then leave before everyone got up.Once she had got dressed, she searched through the cabinets for some ingredients to make pancakes.
After a little searching, she found enough to make pancakes. She was a little confused when she pulled out the flower, because it said Ashers name on it. And it was "Gluten free". She figured he was allergic or something. She mindfully made it completely gluten free just incase he was to have an allergic reaction.
Once she was finished making all the pancakes, she at a few and then set up a little breakfast bar for the boys.
Five plates, some strawberries, the pancakes, and syrup. She put a little note beside it that read "Whoever is gluten free don't worry, I found the gluten free flour.". Then stuck it beside the mountain of pancakes.
She didn't want Asher to know she knew it was him who was allergic to gluten. She herself didn't know why she did it, she should have made it with regular flour. Teach him another lesson. But she couldn't bring herself to do it.
Wether she wanted to admit it or not, she felt very bad for him. And felt bad for what she had done. But she had not yet figured she felt that way yet.Annie checked her watch and realized it was ten. She grabbed her backpack full of necessities and walked out of the dorm. She figured she would do that same thing as she did yesterday and check the library first.
