Annie made her way back to the dorm, she quickly hugged Jayden and thanked her for the offer once again.
Jayden slipped her her room number and walked off. Annie quickly walked inside the dorm room and immediately started packing her things up. As she was doing so, Carson walked out of the room and looked at her strangely.
"Where are you going?" He asked crossing his arms.
Annie looked up at him and sighed, she was hoping she could slip out before they noticed."I'm moving out Carson." Annie said bringing her focus back to her bags.
"Wait, back up. Tell me what's going on." Carson said sitting down on the couch.
Annie rested her hands in her lap and let out a sigh."I'm moving in with Jayden, just to clear my head. It won't be long, just a few weeks." Annie said focusing on spot on the carpet.
"We really get on your nerves that bad?" Carson asked, she could tell it came across badly.
"No, you guys are great. I just......" She drifted off.
"Asher...?" Carson asked softly. Annie didn't say anything, she was too tired to deny it. She just started packing up her things.
"I get it, I'll help you move your things over once your packed." Carson said with a smile.
"That's just a excuse to go see Jayden." She said shoving his knee. Carson broke out into a huge grin.
"Guilty as charged." Carson said with his hands raised. Annie rolled her eyes and then laughed.
Asher's side:
Asher took the rest of the day to walk around the campus. He didn't want to go back to the dorm, not yet.
The boys would most likely have something planned, such as a party. But he wasn't in the mood. He didn't really know why he was sad, he didn't really love Kenzie. She was mostly a pain.
He figured it was probably because of her comment about his scars.
He sat down on a near bench and looked down at a puddle. He quickly looked away... Even after the surgery, he still had scars..... Kenzie was right.....Asher quickly took in a deep breath and walked back to the dorms. The sun had begun to set and he could smell rain coming.
When he got into the dorms he saw the guys just sitting around, they seemed sort of sad.
He put down his jacket and saw that Annie spot was cleared. He looked at all of them."What's wrong with you guys?" He asked sitting on a near chair. They all looked at him.
"Eh." Johnny said with a shrug.
"We're bored I guess you could say." Matt said.
"What do you guys mean your bored? What's wrong?" Asher asked.
"Annie moves out today." Carson said.
Asher felt his throat dry out, and his stomach churn."What do you mean move out?" Asher asked more grouchy then he meant.
"She moved in with Jayden for a few weeks. She said she needed to clear her head." Carson said slumping back in his chair.
Asher sat back in his chair and looked at her empty spot, the boys didn't bother sitting there. As if sitting there would disrespect her in some way.
Asher got off the chair and walked to his room. He didn't know how to respond to the news... He felt very sad for some reason. On top of getting insulted by his "girlfriend", and having to dump her. He lost a.... Friend.
Asher sat down on the bed and ran his finger through his thick brown hair. He felt partly to blame for her leaving, he hadn't really acknowledged her since the talk they had...
