As Lilia and Jayden curled Annie's hair, began to feel very nervous. She was only a couple years older the these girls, and yet they were way more calm about the party then her.
"Stop sweating! You're going to ruin your make up!" Lilia scolded. Annie felt sick to her stomach, it was way different then when she went to find clues. She actually had to go and be with her friends. Act... Normal.
"I don't think she can help the sweating Lilia." Jayden laughed as she removed a lock of hair from the curling wand.
Lilia grabbed two Bobby puns and began to pin some of her hair back. She can to the front of Annie and looked her over.
"You look like a Queen!!!!" Lilia screamed. Jayden stood dumbfounded.
"You look amazing! Especially in that outfit I lent you!" Jayden said clapping her hands. Anna and Emily peeked their heads in the bathroom. Both of their eyes went wide.
"Dang girl! You really trying to impress someone!" Emily said.
"We better keep a eye on her, someone might just snatch her up." Anna said giving Annie a wink. Annie felt heat rush to her cheeks. She finally rose from the folding chair and turned to look in the mirror. She almost gasped at the sigh of herself, she didn't even recognize herself. She didn't really like it much either. The clothes were okay, a bit revealing. She liked the hair. But the makeup was wayyyyy too much. She looked like a Barbie doll.
"Well..?" Jayden asked with a huge grin on her face. Annie didn't want to be rude and make Jayden feel bad.
"I-I love it." Annie said not very convincingly. Jayden and Lilia looked at each other.
"I told you the make up was too heavy! She's a natural girl!" Jayden said scolding Lilia.
"Whatever, she looks great. A little different, but great!" Lilia said placing her hands on Annie's shoulder and shaking her a bit.
Annie gave a weak smile and continued to look at herself. For some reason she thought she looked so fake, it made her feel guilty about being undercover..... But she couldn't think about that. She quickly took another look at her outfit and hair. It made her feel a little less upset at her makeup.
Jayden had let her wear a white pencil skirt with a black crop tank tops, with some black heels. For the pop of colour Lilia decided to give her a bright red lip colour.
Annie finally stopped looking at herself and went to grab her back pack.
"Please tell me your not bringing that dumb backpack. It totally ruins the look! And you bring that dumb thing everywhere!" Jayden said coming out of the bathroom.
"I-I have to bring it." Annie said, she didn't know what else to say. All her gadgets were in there. Including a gun, knife and pepper spray. Other then her judo training, she had no other way of the protection.
"Annie you can put your phone in my purse. Just please for one night forget the backpack, it totally dampens the beauty of your outfit." Jayden said quite dramatically. Annie rolled her eyes and dropped the back pack on the couch.
"Whatever, just for tonight." Annie said.
"Great! Let's get going ladies!" Jayden sung as she snatched her keys from the counter.
~{Arriving at the party}~
Annie felt so out of place as the girls walked up the porch's steps onto the huge porch. She heard the loud sound of music blare throughout the house. The house sat on a lack, the sun will still up, Annie found that it was awfully early considering parties usually don't start until midnight.
