Jachary Oneshots.

A - Awkward Acquaintances

The Alphabet Shots have begun! I've planned some of these (A through C) and plan to update as much as possible this week! May the fourth be with you~

"Come on, Zach! You need to take someone! It can't be a double date if you don't even have a date!" Daniel complained. The giraffe - excuse me - the boy had been nagging Zach all week, begging him to come. 

"Please! I'll do anything! I'll clean your room - I-I'll... please!" Daniel pleaded, grabbing onto one of Zach's hands. Zach sighed.

"Daniel, I'd go, but I don't have a date! There's no way I'm asking anyone out anyways! What would I say; 'hey person I may or may not know, d'you wanna be my date on a double date?' Come on, Dani! Think about it!"

"Take Jonah!"

"We broke up! I'm not crawling back to him! Plus, I don't do repeats."

"You stubborn bi-" Daniel inhaled and smiled at the younger, "What if I set you up with someone. You guys can go as friends."

Zach shrugged, "That wouldn't be very appropriate."

Daniel narrowed his eyes at Zach and turned away from him, letting out a soft 'hmph!' Zach groaned and finally gave in.

"Really!? Yay!" Daniel giggled, wrapping his arms around Zach, and nuzzling his neck. Zach sighed and smiled. 

This was going to go down in flames...

(Seavey's Side)

Daniel smiled wickedly as he walked away from his best - and only - friend's house. He'd been plotting setting up Jack Avery with Zach for a long time. He'd seen the way Jack stared at Zach from a distance and had stomped over to the shorter when Zach had gone to math class.

"Why were you looking at him?! Do I need to beat the living life out of you?!" Daniel had scowled. He'd gotten a bit too overprotective. The curly-head raised an eyebrow and looked down at Daniel as if he were a bug that could be easily squashed.

"You - beat the living life out of me? Ha, yeah right, short stock!" Jack laughed. Daniel then proceeded to join Jack's laughter and kick him in the shin. Hard. Jack howled in pain (the shin was quite a weak and sensitive part of the human body) and glared at the blue-eyed boy.

"I'm going to murder you, Seavey!" He growled. Jack limped after Daniel who bolted across the school, getting yelled at by multiple teachers. 

"Woah, Woah, Woah! What's goin' on over here?" A blond (clearly fake) exclaimed in surprise when Daniel rammed right into him. Daniel scurried away from him, apologizing.

"Sorry crazy and angry noodlehead's chasing after me!" Jack then came into view and stared at the two of them in surprise. He smiled slyly and twirled one of his curly locks around his index finger. 

"Corbyn and Daniel sitting in a  tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G! First comes love, then comes marria-" Before Jack could finish, Corbyn had rammed right into him, knocking him to the floor. Daniel and Corbyn had laughed at the curly-head who was glaring at the duo. He stormed off grumbling. And that was how the love story between Corbyn Besson and Daniel Seavey had begun. That was also how Daniel had come to learn that Jack had had a crush on Zach for years. He just didn't have the guts to say anything to the younger.

Later, Daniel had also found out that Zach was crushing on Jack too! Which made Daniel's life so much easier! Daniel had known that Zach had been hurt by guys. Some had taken advantage of his innocence, others of his kindness. Some had hurt him - both physically and emotionally - while others had been simply having a 'good time.' Precisely why, at first Daniel hated Jack and refused to be around him (which sucked for Corbyn, because aside from Jonah, Jack was Corbyn's only friend). But the more he got to know Jack (by Corbyn's force), the more he understood that Jack had been hurt too. And that he was a truly amazing guy.
