Evonne's POV-

In the end of January 2006, I learned that I was pregnant I would have been excited if it wasn't for a few problems. One being I didn't know if I wanted to be a single mother, and then the second and biggest issue was the father of the child, I had spent a week with him last month, two weeks after we split up he was put in prison. I knew I had to make a decision of keeping the kid or putting it up for adoption, and I wasn't going to write the baby's father until I knew.

The months went by and I kept thinking over the situation, the more doctors appointments I went to the easier it was to come up with my decision. In June I wrote the father, I honestly wasn't fully sure he would get it or even write back.

After a couple of weeks I received a letter back, he assured me that after his four years were up, he would attempt to help with the child. Those weren't the only letters we sent eachother, over the next four months, we continued to write eachother back and forth whenever we could.

On August 23rd I gave birth to our baby boy, Jaxon Caffrey, I was glad I chose not to put him up for adoption.
